Apartment Hotel 11 Asakusa 2

Pros: I had a 2 year old with me. The space with the kitchen and stove was perfect to make sure food was prepared for her. 10 min walk to a train station. Stores nearby to stock up on groceseries. Staff were also helpful to troubleshoot a short qifi issue i faced. Overall definitley value for money.

Cons: All good

Pros: Apartment was lovely and newish. Staff were great to deal with. Washing machine in bathroom area was handy

Cons: A little far from train station but close to the main Asakusa attractions and shopping. Only had plates, cups for 4 and we were family of 5

Pros: The property was really accomodating for a large group and had all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay. The property is walking distance from the shuttle busses that take you up the mountain and only one street adjacent from the Main Street of Ecoland. A big thank you Dan ( and by extension the team), the individuals who picked us up upon arrival and organised any shuttles we might need whilst unknowingly doubling up as our well needed tour guide.

Pros: Breakfast normally I will walk thru Asakusa and eat around the area . This place is few steps away from police station . The security of the unit is so unique and of course sound proof . Because I have a 17 months old toddler . Love the drying place . Unexpectedly and I was so surprise by the technological in the hotel. Well , vacuum was prepared during the stay . So I do cleaning on my own to maintain the cleaning. I’m skeptical and of course my whole family have this OCD action. Can’t see a bit dust too . So we all maintain the unit well and clean .

Outstanding Location

Pros: The location was perfect and away from the busy part of town. It's an easy walk to the station or bus stop. The variety of local restaurants was a great asset to the apartment. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Good stay for those wanting to shop around Asakusa.

Pros: The instructions for check-in is very clear and straightforward. The staff was friendly and helpful too. The place was clean and big enough for a family of 5.

Cons: It would be better if they had provided two pillows per person. Other than that, it is all good.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, spacious, and in an area where you are surrounded by very local shops.

Pros: We like the set up of the property and the space this allowed us.

Cons: We didn’t have many things we did not like - more or less small things to enhance a stay like: a house manual to know how to use the laundry and panels in the bathroom, check in and check out requirements, local food recommendations, and information informing the guest that it is a self-contained apartment and there are extra fees to have the apartment cleaned. I only found that out when I asked for it.

Pros: Location was good. Within a quiet neighborhood but lots of hidden local restaurants. Also near touristy areas in Asakusa. Hotel was not near train stations but has nearby bus stops (short walk, just less than 5 minutes). For bus stops, suggest you always check the schedule of last bus ride to be sure, as buses here arrive and leave ON THE DOT. If you want to explore Asakusa area then this hotel is a great option. The room has basic utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine (no dryer) and tv. Bonus: the property has a view of the Tokyo Skytree. If you are in the area, I recommend booking a massage appointment at Temomiya Asakusa (you can book them online). I have tried a lot of massage places in Japan but this was the best! No fuss but effective massage! Really helped soothe leg pain especially you would be walking 20k steps a day.

Cons: Maybe they could have provided instructions on how to use the washing machine and how to dispose of trash

Pros: Was nice and modern, a little small but we were still happy with the stay as it was clean and was in a quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: Maybe get new pillows as there were lumps in the pillows I’m Assuming from the feathers otherwise was a comfortable stay.
