The room while a typical small Japanese hotel room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff kindly provided a map of restaurant recommendations which was very helpful.

Heart of Shinjuku

Pros: The breakfast was okay, but like other Japanese hotels it was very Asian orientated, and limited European choice. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Shinjuku

Great hotel in awesome location close on conveniences!

Pros: Great location close to central shopping district and night life. Coin laundromat in the hotel was very handy and usually not too busy. Lawsons at he bottom of the building was really handy.

Really enjoy staying at the Citadines Central. It's a convenient location and the staff are great!

Pros: The staff have been fantastic both times we have stayed. Super helpful and so friendly!

Cons: The outside escalator seems to change direction at odd times. It's not a massive issue, due to the availability of the elevator, however it just seems odd.
