Great location for airport

Pros: Great location the night before our flight home. Good value for money and very clean.

Cons: Couldn't open the window which makes the room a bit stuffy

Pros: Amazing. Communication and check-in were very easy, the room was very spacious (larger than the average accommodation in Japan), and everything was spotless. Right next to JR Kamata Station. Whenever I come to Tokyo, I stay here without hesitation

Pros: The room is very comfortable. Like an apartment with kitchen, laundry machine, shower and bathtub. Toilet and shower are separated, that's great when you travel with a group.

Cons: No smoking area.

Cons: Lack a bit of human touch. All via video face time to check in. Also, can't do delivery to the hotel - no one to attend.

Good place to stay when first arrive from Haneda airport to rest.

Pros: Quiet at night, walking distance to family mart. About 15-20 min by taxi cost around 3000 yen from Haneda airport. Have washing machine but no dryer. Need to hang in bathroom took long time to dry

Wonderful and definately would return for another stay.

Pros: We had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient, as we were near the station, a supermarket, and a local corner store. There were plenty of nearby shops. Check-in was effortless, and the rooms were just right.
