Super convenient, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!

Pros: Location was opposite to Tameike-Sanno station, and close to several restaurants. The best feature though was the helpfulness of the staff. I arrived in windy, wet weather, and rather tired after travelling from Osaka, and then facing the challenge of finding my way around the Metro, and all with a recent knee injury. I was immediately greeted at reception by a smiling man who handed me a towel to dry off. These small behaviours speak volumes for Japanese hospitality.

Cons: Very small but I knew that beforehand

Convenient location. Lovely and helpful staff. Place exceeded expectations.

Pros: The staff were incredibly lovely and super willing to help even though our Japanese was limited to none. The hotel clean and had many amenities available. Furthermore the location was really convenient as it was right a train station.

Cons: The beds could have been a bit comfier.

Tokyo’s hidden gem!!

Pros: Cozy and great location. Easy to get to metro trains to get around Tokyo.

Pros: I absolutely loved staying here - you're a stone throw away from the Ginza line, making it a very convenient to get to any of the touristic spots. The staff was exceptional and very professional, and our room was very clean and a great value for money. I'd stay here again!

Pros: Very near the train station. With neighboring small green spaces which makes you feel good.

Pros: Hotel is conveniently located near Akasaka station in very quite area. Location is perfect if you want to be easily connected to all major touristic parts but avoid big crowds in morning/evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Even the size of the room was ok.

Cons: You can't open windows which makes getting fresh air very hard even though there is ventilation.

Pros: Excellent location right by the subway - makes the city very accessible. Area not too busy so not too loud at night. Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. Easy check-in and check-out process. Heaps of amenities. Clean and lovely room.

Convinient Hotel for Explorinng Tokyo

Pros: Good location, right next to metro station, fairly quiet at night. Room is quite small but has everything you need. Staff are friendly

Cons: Bed was a little small for 2 people but expected this, and not the most comfortable, but for a couple of nights it was fine

Pros: I loved everything about this cozy hotel. It is compact, so there are purely living areas, but there is everything a tourist needs: great location, cozy room with all amenities, high quality matress and pillows, toiletteries, good fresh smell. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Huge thanks to all of you.

Cons: Nothing. There is no breakfast option, but there are many places in Akasaka (also for dinner/bars).

Pros: The location was excellent, very calm neighborhood, and right next to a metro station. A nice shopping street close by, and nice locals restaurants.

Cons: I am pretty tall, and the shower and the bed were a bit small
