Nice clean apartment in good location, but a bit small for 5

Pros: Location is good - nice neighborhood and several metro stations at 10-15 minute walking distance. Convenience stores very close (small, not a supermarket). Very clean and pretty quiet. Windows can be opened (not true for other places we slept in!) Nice bath and shower. Cold, filtered, water. Some cooking and dining utensils (basic). Go visit the beautiful Goyen park and the free-entry observation deck at the Metropolitan Government Building, nearby.

Cons: No cloth drying machine so the washer is no use. You need to go to the laundermat, a 5 minute walk. Communication with owner is only via booking messaging and has to be translated from Japanese, which leads to some difficulty. The living room, with the sofa bed, cannot be darkened in the morning. The sofa bed itself is not comfortable, the matress has lost shape... The bed in the bedroom is fine. We were 5 people, and one of us had to sleep on a \

Lovely, practical, rational apartment in the middle of Tokyo

Pros: Extremely well organized spaces and appiances. Very convenient location in Shinjuku, next to a city shrine and convenience store. Clean and easy to keep tidy.

Cons: Google maps shows a slightly offset location, making it a bit difficult to find the first time. Mostly due to our lack of experience with Japan and Tokyo.

Pros: I love that it is near Family mart and Aeon, we always do grocery before going home. I also like the bath tub, soothing my aching feet after walking 15K++ steps. The bed is also okay. The kitchen is working as it should, we always cook dinner and also breakfast

Casa perfetta nonostante host e check in disastroso

Pros: Casa spaziosa, fornita di elettrodomestici e di ogni comfort.

Cons: Comunicazione con l'host per il check in disastrosa, nonostante avesse accettato di farci lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario di check in è poi sparito fino a ben oltre l'orario ufficiale senza darci informazioni su come entrare in casa. Cosa piuttosto scomoda avevendo un bambino di 5 mesi con noi

Pros: ベッドがふかふかで、ドライヤーやヘアアイロンなどいろいろなものが揃っていて快適に過ごせました！ 住宅街にあって、静かで良かったです。

Cons: 特に感じませんでした。
