Pros: Conveniently located small apartment with a good value for money! The big bed was very comfortable and it had everything you need. The area around it is close enough to walk to Nishi-Shinjuku or even Shinjuku Station but also felt quiet and homey. Convenience stores and supermarkets also right around the corner.

Cons: More towels provided for longer stays would have been nice.

Pros: I like how its really cozy and comfortable for 3 people. The place is literally 10 mins walk to Shinjuku Station. Very quite, serene and felt really safe. It was clean and warm. Easy communication with the host. Thank you.

Pros: Check in was very easy! We found the place right away. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Very close to the Shinjuku center. Apartment was equipped with everything you need during your stay. Great value for that money! I would stay here again.

Pros: Super nice accommodation and very friendly staff. We stayed here with a 8 months old baby and everything went fine. We even had to ask for a 2nd bed sheet because of a baby wet bed and they were super kind to change it on the same day.

Cons: Felt a bit of humidity but with the AC that can be solved.

Pros: I had a comfortable stay at this hotel in Shinjuku. The location is super convenient — just a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. Perfect spot if you’re looking for accessibility and a no-fuss stay!

Pros: Transport easy to get to Nishi Shinjuku by google maps. Good location to get to Shopping and Food. Had kitchen facilities and washing machine for longer stay. Host allowed us to drop our bags before check in time.

Cons: Used the Futon for an adult and was not very padded. Didn't have big plates for food and only 1 fry pan and no pots.
