Being clean and safe was enough for us. we loved this place.

Pros: I loved the clean room and quiet area. There was a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, hair dryer and hangers for clothes.

Cons: There were no pillows or duvet covers for the third bed.

Excellent value! Perfect for active couple.

Pros: Excellent location. Less than 10 minutes walk to train station and very clear instructions regarding precisely which line & station to take. Simply followed G-maps with rolling luggage. Quiet neighborhood location- walking distance food (especially a delicious ma & pa unagi restaurant) and shopping. The unit was immaculate, high quality toilet paper & bed linens, best water pressure during my 10-day trip to Japan that included Okinawa & Kitsuki. Having a washer with soap made laundry a breeze. There was even a drying rack in the closet. I was extremely thankful for the kettle, fridge, microwave and cups/silverware. Also, the AC worked like a champ.

Cons: While the unit did include 2 towels, a floor towel and 2 hand towel would’ve been appreciated for us western travelers (from the US) as well. I usually travel with a couple of small microfiber hand towels and wash cloth for this reason - so there were no issues. No TV - I didn’t fly to Japan to watch TV, so again- it was ok by me.

Cons: La sistemazione è perfetta per due persone. La terza ha dormito per terra su un fouton ed eravamo un po' stretti.

Pros: Apartamento bom e limpo. Um pouco distante da estação. Embora a rua fosse tranquila o vizinho do andar acima fazia muito barulho arrastando as coisas a noite onde atrapalhava com os ruídos nosso descanso noturno . Cama boa mas o futon um pouco desconfortável para quem não é acostumado.

Relatively cheap. Good for DIY travel.

Pros: After the first hurdle of locating the place and learning the best way, our travel became easier. We feel that it is close to the places that we visited. Convenience stores are near. The place is quite small as expected for Tokyo, but good enough for 3 persons. The place is clean, complete facilities and I feel has a modern vibe. The owner is responsive to our queries.

Cons: At first, we struggled going to the place. We took the Narita express from the Airport to the Shinjuku station. From there, we took the Chuo-Sobu line to Okubo station. This was a mistake because we were advised to take the Marunouchi line to Nishi Shinjuku station— which is better because the streets were flat and almost straight compared to the one we took. It is true that if you read the Instruction, locating the place and check-in is easy.

Pros: 숙소 시설이 두명에서 이용하기에 충분했어요! 에어컨이랑 다빵빵하고 물도 따뜻한물 잘나오고 깨끗하고 맘에 들었어요!

Cons: 화장할때 거울이 없다는 점이 조금 불편했어요! 거울은 화장실에 붙어있는 거울하나가 다에요! 그리고 수건을 5일 머무는데 1인당 1장밖에 안주시더라구요.. 수건챙겨가세요~!

Pros: El departamento es chiquito pero está limpio y es cómodo. No tiene televisión pero el wifi anda perfecto. Como está a varios minutos caminando de la estación del JR Shinjuku el barrio es muy tranquilo y lindo Gracias!
