Perfect location and great facilities!

Pros: The location was fantastic. Situated between two smaller train stations and the major Shinjuku station was about a 10 minute walk away. Most tourist sites were a 30-45 min train ride away. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had fantastic facilities (stove top, fridge, washing machine, wifi). The hosts were very friendly and super responsive to any questions we had leading up to and during our stay.

Cons: Other than the second bed, there was no where to put our luggage. I wouldn’t stay here with more than 2 people

Close to train station

Pros: Definitely location that is close to train station for M line. Stove works perfectly good and good thing about this location is laundry machine. All the sweaty can be washed and naturally dry it off easily during summer.

Cons: If you are american size XXL size reconsider about this place bc bathroom is very tight and small i am 5’10” and i had clearance of about 5inch and you will not be able to sit on the toilet.

空間乾淨但稍微狹小，會推薦給1～3人又不會淺眠的旅客入住

Pros: 1. 地理位置良好，周邊生活機能佳（711、family mart、營業到深夜的拉麵店等等⋯） -新宿御苑前站進站即月台，只有丸之內線，走路2分鐘 -新宿三丁目站進站需走200多公尺才會到各線月台 -JR新宿走路12分鐘左右 2. 冰箱及微波爐非常乾淨 3. 大樓電梯1樓看得到電梯裡的監視畫面，使用起來安心 4. 周邊商家單純，除了晚上比較多聚會喝酒的人聚集在沿路的超商外，治安還算不錯

Cons: 1. 隔音不是很好但還能接受（附近巷弄有居酒屋，星期五六日半夜較吵雜） 2. 室內空間表想像中還狹小，我們自行搬動家具移出空間才放得下三個29寸行李箱🥲（退房前有擺回原位），覺得入住三個人已經是極限。 個人認為家具擺放格局可以再改善才不會浪費空間～ 3. 廁所是傳統的馬桶，沖水的聲音持續的有點久。

Pros: Location, facility (kitchen, washing machine, ...)

Cons: Iniside with 2 beds it's a little cramped. Toilet is western style. It's functional but we're in Japan, we'd prefer Japan style.
