Pros: I liked the location a lot. It is near the station, there are not many people. The location is nice. There are washing machine, fridge and other facilities. Comfortable generally
Cons: The instruction about entering the hotel is uncomfortable to understand and read. We spent so much time outside. There were other tourists spending much time outside next day, we helped them. They also couldn’t get the instruction. Also there is no iron😭 why???

Pros: The location, close to the train station and many restaurants. The hotel is located on a quiet street that has restaurants, convenience stores and groceries if needed.
Cons: The space was limited for a family of 4, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel, we did find it difficult to open our suitcases as space was limited. As a family of 4, we traveled light with 3 carry on suitcases and some back packs but we still had a hard time finding space for the it.

Great apartment for a short stay, comfortable and well located!
Pros: Comfortable and cosy apartment, located in a small lovely street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was clean and had all the needed facilities (we didn't use them but there were clear instructions for each, and everything was clean). We stayed 1 night only but it is convenient to stay for longer. The host is very reponsive, replying to my messages within minutes. The steps and info regarding opening the doors were clear and easy.
Cons: We were on the ground floor and one window has no curtains, and brings a lot of light in from the outdoor lamp. The bathroom for shower was a bit cold as it has no heating inside. The space besides the beds is a bit small, so not really possible to open the luggage and keep them open. It was ok for us as we were there for 1 night only.

Pros: I liked that it had a kitchen to prepare meals. Also liked the surrounding area, with many bars and shops. The host was responsive to enquires.
Cons: Trying to open the lock was a little difficult. The instructions could've been a little clearer. I had to call the host to figure out what I was doing wrong with trying to open the door.

Suburban living in Tokyo
Pros: We were here for a week and it is a very convenient location . The space is very compact but the bed was comfortable. The shower was a good pressure . It is very well placed to local shops and eating places and easy to find from bus and train station . The no key entry is very good and worked very well . There is a very good internet.
Cons: The large bed is great, but what could be handy would be shelves on the adjacent walls for glasses ,torches ,etc. The appliances could have more English instructions to work them. There is a dryer but we didn't get to use it as couldn't make it work. There are no drink glasses and a cloth to dry dishes would be good. We wanted to see if apartment living worked in Tokyo, these apartments make a good beginning but no longer than a week. The apartment is very close to the street and is noisy late at night and early morning .

Would stay again without hesitation.
Pros: Communication was good. Appliances were nice (didn’t feel cheap). They were gracious enough to allow me to store my luggage before the official check in time. I really appreciated that after a bad Airbnb experience where I was forced to book at 5 different accommodations. Moving around with luggage was tiresome, so I’m thankful. Location was perfect. Really nice shopping street and close proximity to the station.
Cons: I think the coffee table could be smaller to make the space more spacious. It was a bit hard to open a suit case.
