Comfortable quality feel with out being over the top. The IKEA of hotels. We liked it.

Pros: Just pitched right for my family. Nicely furnished and layed out but not too flashy. Everything we needed without the expense of overdoing it for the sake of it.

Cons: It was all good and up to expectations. Sorry nothing to report here. Pitched just right for a normal family

Cons: Rooms are a bit small but standard for Tokyo at this price.

Pros: -room size is good. -kitchen is good. -Staff really helpful.

Cons: -bedsheet and bed duvet weren't very clean. -water glass is not clean.

Good value and location

Pros: It is very near to Nippori station within 5 min walk. The area around the hotel is quiet, but there is 7/11 and family mart within walking distance. The room is compact like most hotels, but it has microwave which I can heat up food in the room :) Good value overall. Only thing is no room service but they will clear your trash as long as you put outside your room.

No frills, focuses on what is important.

Pros: Room layout made good use of space. There is even a microwave in the room! However this sacrifices on toilet space. Shower has good water pressure and temperature. Room cleaning is on request, and dustbin is emptied if you place it outside the room. Towel changes - guests are to bring the towels to the front. Has a laundry. Very close to nippori stn and nippori fabric town.

Cons: Mildly dusty.

Pros: The room was close to Nippori station, very comfortable and the design of the room was really well thought, although small it had all necessary equipment to ensure a comfortable stay (microwave, kettle, cups, hair dryer). The window could be opened, which is a big plus if you need a bit of fresh air.

Cons: The amenities were a little scarce. More body products and a selection of tea and coffee would be nice.
