Pros: We had a wonderful stay ! The location was perfect, we were able to visit Tokyo easily without wasting too much time in transports. The apartment is not really big but it was really good for our stay as we would only stay there to sleep, and it’s really well arranged and confortable. The neighborhood is really calm and there was plenty of shops nearby which was really nice! We mostly appreciated the availability of the hosts and they made sure everything was going well and they really facilitate our stay ! The only thing I could add is that we had big and heavy luggages and there was no elevator so we had to carry it up but it was just a minor inconvenience the rest was perfect. Thank you and if we get the chance to come back to Japan one day we will not hesitate to book your accommodation again !

Pros: Convenient location – there are 4 stations on different lines within 5–15 minutes on foot. During my 4-night stay, I wasn’t bothered by any outside noise (unlike some other guests mentioned in their reviews) and slept well.

Cons: Room has washing machine but no detergent and drying rack.

Spacious apartment with all the basics, in a calm residential area, convenient for trains

Pros: It's really spacious for a Tokyo apartment - especially for solo travellers or a couple, there's plenty of space for luggage etc.

Cons: The acoustics of the building aren't great, so if there's something loud happening in the hallway you'll definitely hear it.

とても素敵な宿でした！

Pros: とても素敵な宿でした！立地が本当に便利で、新宿まで電車ですぐ行ける距離なのがありがたかったです。観光や買い物にとても便利な場所にありながら、静かで落ち着いた環境なのも良かったです。部屋は清潔感があり、シンプルで居心地の良い空間でした。特にベッドがふかふかで快適でそして何より、東京のこの立地でこの価格は本当にお得だと思います。コストパフォーマンスは抜群です。ホストの方も丁寧で、案内もわかりやすく安心して滞在できました。
