Amazing location and good value for the price

Pros: The location is almost unbeatable. You're near two different stations (train and metro) and there's a third one just a bit farther, but still close. You are really close to most places you'd want to visit in Tokyo, and if you're not, you're well connected anyway. There's a combini 1 min away (or less) and various restaurants nearby. As for the room, it was clean and organized, although pretty small for 3 people + luggage, but for its price it's good enough. Washing machine in the room was appreciated, with enough places to hang clothes dry on.

Cons: The beds were not at all confortable. The double bed had a pretty worn out mattress (besides being a bit small for two people) and the single bed was pretty stiff. It was definitelly smaller than we thought by looking at the pictures and with our luggage we ended up with little room to barely move around.

Pros: Very clean, convenient and cosy! Very responsive host! Would definitely recommend to our friends and family!

Clean, apartment very well equipped, calm residential area

Pros: The apartment is very good equipped! You have all household machines you need! 7/11 is very close by. The area is quite calm, a nice living area.

Cons: We had the apartment with sleeping space upstairs and the AC was not sufficient to cool down this area. Moreover it was a little dangerous to fall down, as the handrail is open in between.

Excellent clean facilities, easy to navigate

Pros: Location to train station and other facilities, great communication from the staff, easy to use check in and check out systems, very clean and organized rooms.

Cons: If there are any small children or people with mobility issues these rooms aren't very suitable, as the loft bedrooms and a lot of stairs make it difficult

Pros: Amazing apartment! Tho it was a bit smaller than what we are used to at home it was great! The location was terrific so close to the Ochiai station and the public bath and 7/11 which we used daily. The host was always so reasonable and helpful which made the stay here even better!

Cons: The bathroom was a bit small, but thats probably just because we aren’t used to the japanese ones.

Very nice place and tidy, would stay again

Pros: Well located and convenience store right around the corner. Higashi Nakano station was within a 10min walk so it was easy to get by to places.

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, spending a total of 6 nights there. The neighborhood is pleasant and conveniently close to the center, just 2 stations away. It's quite rare to find enough space for 3 adults with 2 kids in Tokyo, but this apartment provided ample room. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent experience

Pros: We liked the apartment, we stayed there for 8 nights. the neighbourhood is nice and close to the center (2 stations) We had enough space for two people which is rare to find in Tokyo, it was clean, we found anything we needed.

Pros: The room was clean and before arriving we received a detailed guide about the apartment and surroundings. The guide included translations for all the buttons on the airconditioning, which was very useful. The television had the option to connect your netflix and youtube account, as well as other streaming services. This is great if you want to have a lazy evening. Check in/out was very easy. The shower is also spacious. As a 2 meter tall person, I was able to shower comfortably.

Cons: The only thing we missed was a single person bed blanket. Only 2-person blankets were provided. If we were to use the extra bed, there would barely be any room left in the apartment. We fixed these problems by sleeping two 2-person blankets in a single bed, making our stay comfortable nonetheless.

Good for few nights

Pros: Was great for a few nights, had everything needed. Close to train station about 10min walk and very convenient 7/11

Cons: Owner didn’t want to help or assist us with disposal of luggage didn’t want to provide any information about what we can do! Had to find help from our next accommodation. Washing machine doesn’t really dry your clothes leaves them wet.
