Pros: Very clean and quiet place and neighborhood Comfy bed and even balcony with washer machine Kitchen has everything you need for cook your meals and hot water pressure perfect plus good quality shampoo and conditioner

Cons: No elevator if you are in third or fourth floor with big luggage and tiny stairs
