Pros: Lovely location, metro stop less than 10 minutes walk, 24/7 ideal size (small) supermaket round the corner, simple and modern appartment. Will want to stay there again.

Cozy, stylish and comfy

Pros: The fact that was near to the Iriya Subway Station, 7/11, bakery, convenient store, attractions

Cons: The property wasn’t correctly isolated and had few cold drafts, but overall it wasn’t that drastic since the heater worked perfectly

Excellent location and a fair price.

Pros: The host is only available through email though very responsive and attentive. The location is a short walk from the Hibya line which is excellent for connecting to other parts of Tokyo. It's nice and quiet at night and there is supermarket close by which offers more range of products and slightly cheaper than a conveince store. Be mindful of the stairwell it is steep and narrow and if you're on the 5th floor like us then your in for a climb. Like most places in Japan everyone we interacted with were super friendly.

Cons: WiFi but it was taken care of the next day and the speed was OK.

Pros: Host is very friendly, helpful and attentive, solved our doubts in minutes. House is located at quite yet accessible location in Tokyo, minutes away from nearest Iriya Metro station. Houses in Tokyo are known for the small size, the house we stayed were surprisingly big, enough for a family member of 5 to stay comfortability. I like their kitchen full of kitchen utensil, everything a kitchen need can found there. A big love to their washer and dryer in one machine, our dirty clothes get cleaned and dried the next day. Highly recommended to all family, will definitely come back when we visit Tokyo again.

Pros: It is located on good location easy to get into the train. There are more facilities to serve and save cost for residence.

Cons: There are no elevator. It is difficult to convey the baggage.

Pros: Nice little apartment in Japanese style. All facilities are in good condition. Located not far away from subway station. Our apartment was in the last floor, so we had roof access.

Cons: It is a bit cold in the bathroom.

Pros: The location of the property was fantastic! Literally a 10 minute walk to the station, a 2 minute walk down the street is a convenience store, a 15-20 minute walk and you are in Asakusa (very close to the Senso-ji temple). You are also close to the Kappabashi Kitchenware town where you can do some kitchenware and knife shopping if that is something you wish to delve into. The property itself was clean, compact, and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a washing machine and dryer in one, a balcony to hang our washing up (catch all those beautiful rays), a high pressured shower, a dining/living room area and a great open floor bedroom with four beds for our family. There was also plenty of space to put our luggage in the bedrooms as well, I highly recommend you put a towel or something down on the floor so you don't scratch the floor itself as it is traditional wood panelling.

Cons: The beds are quite firm, but if you are a person that likes a firm bed, then this will not be a problem for you. There is not elevator so be careful going up the stairs with you suitcases.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable and the place was quite clean, the aircon was also strong enough. Provided extra rubbish bags and tissue papers. And the washing machine worked fine

Cons: The hangers were a bit dirty and the paper doors were broken. Our floor was on the 5th floor so carrying luggage’s were a bit tough
