Pleasant stay with everything you need.

Pros: Staff was responsive via emails with my queries. It was close to transport and a supermarket. I liked inbuilt dryer for clothes in the shower room.

Cons: More hangers would be nice.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located within walking distance of Ueno and well connected by trains and the subway.

Cons: Just two quilts were provided for three guests. Check-in at 4 pm is a tad late.

Cons: The apartment is small, but to be expected. The mattress on the main bed was a bit lumpy.
