Pros: Great location with lots to do within walking distance

簡潔、舒適、便利、價格便宜

Pros: 3至4人住起來空間剛好，房間也很乾淨整潔，距離車站也非常近，斜對面有超市，旁邊約50公尺有超商，非常適合短期旅遊的觀光客留宿。

Cons: 由於大阪太多潮濕，進房間時地板都是積水，床鋪枕頭下也都是濕的，如果能在旅客住宿前先開除濕應該會更好，不過已經很完美了。

パーティー禁止とかは、そのままでいいと思うけどうるさくしたら罰金制度を無くしたら良いところだと思う！

Pros: Netflixがあって様々な映画が見れたこと！ベッドとソファーがふかふかでよかった！目の前にファミマや、近くにスーパーがあったから買い物が楽だった！

Cons: うるさくしたら罰金三万円なのに声がすごく響くところ。三階はドアを閉めたら気にならないけど、2階には、ドアもなく声がすごく響く、少しの声量でも響いてしまうから友達とあまり夜は、楽しめなかった。2階は、ドアがないし玄関からの寒い風が来るからヒーターと床暖とエアコンを回しても寒かった。トイレを開けた時に排水管？みたいなのが入っているドアがカタカタ言ってて怖かった。チェックアウトの時間を少しだけ遅くして欲しかったです！
