Pros: Clean, fantastic location, amenities provided, good communication

Cons: Odd smell that I couldn't work out origin of as otherwise clean

整體來說性價比算不錯，如果獨旅有預算限制的話可以考慮。

Pros: 1.住宿地點佳，走路10分鐘左右就可以到新宿車站，樓下也有小型超市（my basket)以及7-11。 2.房內有小型廚房，備有基本廚具（鍋子、鍋鏟、湯勺、削皮刀、剪刀、刀具、小塑膠砧板）、小型電器（煮飯鍋、快煮壺、小烤箱）、餐具（盤子、碗、杯子、湯匙、叉子），但沒有附調味料、油，需另外自行購買，雖有小型抽風設備，但仍不建議在房內煮過重口味的食物。 3.住宿地點算熱鬧但不會吵雜，附近都是住宅。 4.一進門沒有異味。 5.有WiFi.

Cons: 1.乍看之下乾淨但如果注意到細節還是有點欠佳><（比如：淋浴間內的蓮蓬頭/床鋪/地板/床上的藍色抱枕有他人殘留的頭髮/污漬、廚房抽風設備灰塵太多。 2.窗簾不知道是怎樣左右兩邊的縫隙超大，因住低樓層（2F)，只要有心人願意是可以從窗外看到裡面的。 3.手冊上有表示冷氣太低溫會滴水，但我開25度也還是會。 4.住宿的入口以及裡面的樓梯都很陡峭（而且很窄），如果帶很重的行李上下樓務必小心。

Nice and simple

Pros: It was nice and simple, close to convenient stores and coffee. Water pressure was great, nice and hot. There was also fabric freshener that smelled very nice, was nice to spray before going to bed for a relaxing scent.

Cons: The room was a little small. There were supposed to be slippers to wear, but they weren't always available. The steps were a little difficult with bulky luggage. All of these are very minor details.
