Great location in downtown Shinjuku

Pros: Great little apartement within walking distance of Shinjuku Sanchome station. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants around, as well as vegan options right next to the building. Ideal location to reach Shinjuku main station by foot and go around the city by subway or take the train to do day trips. The bathroom, kitchen and heating appliances are brand new and functional. Staff is responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a short or long stay in Tokyo.

Cons: Cooking can be difficult as there are not a lot of kitchen tools and cutlery, you'd better buy/bring some more if you're going to eat in most of the time. Bed and couch are quite stiff and small.

Beautiful cozy home in the heart of Shinjuku

Pros: Incredibly clean and beautiful. Well located and super functional. Amazing hosts, with great communication. Would return!

Pros: 还是第一次遇到这样的房东，详细制作了一个进入房间的指引，如何从最近的地铁出口出来，经过的每一条马路如何转弯，然后到达住宅大楼，再如何进入大楼（密码），如何进入房间（密码）。交通便捷，离开新宿三丁目地铁站很近。客房面积比较大，不仅仅是干湿分离，淋浴间比较大，面盆+洗衣机区域也比较大，还有独立的马桶间。颠覆了以往我对日本住宿的印象。设备设施也非常好。不临近大马路，非常安静。

Cons: 客户提供了卫浴用品以及厨房用品，如果再提供一些洗衣液就好了。
