Pros: Beds were comfy, location was great, communication was nice and the instructions were very clear. It was a great price for what the unit offered. I would stay again if I visit Tokyo again. The host is very kind, I would highly recommend

Cons: The bathroom is a little small but that is pretty normal for Japan living. I wish the toilet had a bidet, I have gotten used to having it while in Japan.
