A great little apartment in Shinjuku with fantastic transport links to all that Tokyo has to offer.

Pros: The document shared before I arrived was very clear and outlined all the required steps to gain access to the property.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Everything was very informative.

Great little apartment in a top location

Pros: Location was great, easy walk from Shinjuku station. There is a metro station a bit closer too. It's right on a big road and close to the nightlife so it's not silent but it was good to be in the heart of the area, and there are convenience stores and places to eat right downstairs. Communication with host was very good. Apartment small but adequate with useful facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Washer dryer - complete with detergent - plus shampoo and conditioner in the shower room, all appreciated. Black out curtain was a great idea! Check-in worked well due to the detailed instructions from the host. Thank you :)

Cons: The WiFi worked fine for my son's iPhone but on my Samsung phone I could only get online for a couple of minutes before it kicked me offline, so I had to re-connect constantly. Annoying. Bed was a bit small for 2 adults but it seems the normal size in Japan!

Pros: Very good location, lots of restaurants & convenient store nearby. The room is clean, facilities are in good condition. The room comes with one air conditioner & one heater, it is good for spring stay .

Cons: The sound proof can be improved. We heard laughing and talking sound in the middle of night. And also quite often the ambulance and police car passed by, the siren was quite loud. The sofa bed size is around 150cm, kinda short for tall person

너무나 완벽한 숙소

Pros: 호스트의 응대가 빠른편이었습니다.숙소위치는 역도 가깝고 마트.돈키호테.다이코구.식당.가부키초.신주쿠역과 가깝고 위치적으로는 최고였습니다.숙소도 깔끔했고 둘이지내기에 호텔보다 넉넉한 사이즈였습니다.신오쿠보라 한국식당이 즐비해있고..24시간 돈키호테작은 다이코쿠,로손100이 엎어지면 코닿을곳에 있습니다.가부키초.신주쿠역이 도보 10분-15분내로 가능합니다.그 외 다양한 일본식당들도 중간중간 있어서 늦은 식사때 요긴히 이용했습니다.숙소도 깔끔하고 호텔은 캐리어하나 펴놓기도 힘든 사이즈였는데 더블사이즈침대.테이블과의자.소파등이 있고도 캐리어 필 자리도 여유가 있었습니다.건조가 되는 드럼세탁기가있어 너무 유용했고 수건.세제.욕실용품도 넉넉했고 주방에 접시.컵.수저.큰 냉장고.오븐가능한 큰 전자렌지.커피포트등이 있어 잘 사용했습니다.강추합니다.

Cons: 아쉬운점은 별로없습니다만 숙소를 바로 찾기에는 눈에띄는 것이 없습니다.비가 자주와서 우산이 구비되어있었으면 합니다.도로앞 숙소라 확실히 구급차가 많이다녀서 좀 시끄럽기는 합니다.

Pros: 난방 에어컨, 전기 스토브가 있어 춥지 않게 지냈음. 욕조가 있어 여행 피로 풀기에 좋았음. 가성비 굿

Cons: 건물 입구 찾기가 좀 어려웠지만, 호스트 안내 메시지를 잘 보면 됨. 히가시 신주쿠역 쪽인데 가부키쵸 지나야 신주쿠에 갈수 있어 유흥업소 간판과 광고가 많았음.
