Nice, modern hotel for family stays with easy access to transport and combini in the next block.

Pros: Quite spacious, enough room for our party of 4. Comfortable beds. Close to the train station. The Tatami mat dining area was a nice touch.

Cons: Having to wait to use the toilet if someone is in the shower as you need to access via the shower room and there is no privacy film on the shower door.

Pros: Nice place, nearby subway station. Most of all very quiet place.

Cons: The hotel lobby was narrow, so it was a little crowded when I checked out, but an employee came out and handled it.

Great family room in nice area

Pros: Nice, little hotel in quiet part of Tokyo. Great family room. Safe neighbourhood. 7-eleven and couple of restaurants across the road. Metro 2min walk. Walking distance to Asakusa.

Cons: not a big deal for us though, but bit out of way from central Tokyo sightseeing, so you need at least 30-45min on metro.

Pros: Very nice place to stay! Super close to Iriya metro station and a 7 11 handy 1 min walk away. The room is small (as expected ii. Tokyo) but has an excellent design that meant that even as a family of 4 we had a comfortable stay, the seperate toilet and bathroom are great! Spotlessly clean and kids enjoyed the large double upper bunk bed. A bit cramped with several large suitcases but nothing we couldn't cope with and you come to Tokyo to be out seeing the sights not sitting in your hotel room. Very happily recommend staying here and will be back.

Tran's First Japan Trip

Pros: Love the location of this hotel—it’s incredibly convenient. The train station, 7-Eleven, drugstore, and supermarkets are all just a two-minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable, so I had a great night’s sleep after a long day of walking. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and any questions were answered within 24 hours.

Cons: The room is extremely small. Even though we booked it for six people and there were only four of us, once the luggage was opened there was hardly any space to move around.

Excellent location right near train line and a 7/11. Great family stay

Pros: The check-in process was seamless and easy. The space is small but utilised well, and the shower pressure was tremendous. We loved the space the bunk bed offered. Would have loved a microwave but the facilities were great either way.

Cons: Tiny space, but it was used well, so I cannot complain.

Pros: Very convenient, close to the metro station with easy access to the center. Combini store (7eleven) is very close. We liked the tatami area in the room. We were 3 and had double bunk beds,

Cons: The room is not big. Luckily we didn't have big luggage otherwise it would have been a problem. No storage space.
