Pros: Perfect apartment for our stay in Tokyo - very good facilities, located in a really nice district and very convenient walking distance to central railway line; restaurants & shops in close distance, very supportive contact person

A rare find of a 2-storey apartment with 4 bedrooms + living / dining room - great for families.

Pros: Great location - a short walk from the Yamanote Line Komagome Station. Easily accommodated all of us (7) in 4 bedrooms. Plenty of wardrobe space. Lots of extra clean fresh linen provided. Host was super-responsive. Real (western style!) beds in each bedroom.

Cons: A few more dining plates would be great. Also mugs for tea / coffee (Japanese cups are so small!).

Pros: 10 minut piechotą do stacji metra Komagome. Przytulny apartament. W mieszkaniu bardzo czysto, podstawowe środki higieny osobistej ogólnodostępne. Serdecznie polecam jeśli ktoś szuka fajnego cichego miejsca do noclegu w Tokio.

Cons: meiszkanie na ostatnim piętrze - dla niektórych może być to spore nieudogodnienie - wąska klatka schodowa

Pros: L appartement était très bien, agréable à vivre et bien situé

非常建議喜歡領略在地生活文化的小團體入住，位於住宅區，民宿乾淨整齊，夜晚寧靜，房東友善

Pros: 離山手線車站約10分鐘步行路程，離巢鴨約20多分鐘步行，附近超市走路約5~7分鐘，民宿內部整潔乾淨，入住前跟房東溝通良好，入住後遇到問題，房東迅速解決，內有四間獨立房，這次我們6人入住，各享空間，起居間也足夠讓我們用餐及討論行程，晚上社區寧靜，很好入眠，有機會再來東京旅遊，會想再度入住

Cons: 狹窄的樓梯要搬行李上去，的確有點困難，但能體諒這是整棟樓房的設計，無法改善，

Pros: 1. 합리적인 가격 2. 좋은 숙소 3. 복층 (4~5층) 4. 친절함 5. 고마고메역과 가까움

Cons: 대도시와 거리가 조금 멀거나 뷰가 좋지 않다 정도

Pros: It's very spacious for 4 adults and 4 kids. It's superb clean and basic toiletries are provided! There is smart TV and Netflix for viewing.

Cons: Do take note that flight of stairs is very narrow especially when carrying large suitcase.

Great place to stay

Pros: Photos of the offering were accurate and the train station can be reached fast and easily (we used the Komegome Sta. east entrance/exit). We stayed for 20 nights with four people and had a great time. All necessities were provided and it was clean and comfy. The host always responded fast and helpful to any messages/questions.

Cons: As a foreigner it took some time to figure out the trash separation rules and how the washing machine works. But nothing that Google and some chatting with the host could not fix.
