Pros: The size! Love the accommodations! Complete with all the amenities. Yet nicely designed and very comfortable for shot or long stay! Can’t recommend it enough. Within walking distance of transportation, central district area

Very nice place to stay

Pros: The room is nicely appointed. The Wednesday night happy hour was a lovely surprise. The English speaking staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Very quiet at night.

Cons: The ceiling fixtures are low hanging, so it is very easy to hit your head. It would be nice to have a kimono or pyjamas provided as is customary in most Japanese accomodation.

Great location in Ginza

Pros: The space is exactly what we needed and only a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Useful having a washing machine and iron.

Awesome, great staff and great room.

Pros: The room was great, we had 6 luggage by the end of the trip and still had plenty of space to store them and move around. The staff was incredibly polite, they all spoke perfect English and communication was easy and effective. The rooms were well-serviced, we had salt, cooking oil, a private washing machine and the hotel staff even has a scale to check luggage weight before getting to the airport, which was of great help.

We had the best stay here!

Pros: We loved our little studio apartment at Section L Ginza East. The location was great; just around the corner from Hatchebori Station, and a 15 minute walk from Tokyo station. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was well set out. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were divine! I really liked the separate toilet and shower rooms. There was a shoe cupboard at the front door and some nice slippers to wear in the room (house rule = no outdoor shoes in the apartments). It had a well set up little kitchenette if you wanted to cook. We had a balcony which was great and you could open the door. The washing/dryer machine was fantastic. Plenty of hanging space for your things in the room and lots of pillows, which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great little ramen place down the end of the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The property's location was excellent. It was just 5 minutes from all metro stations. The reception staff were attentive and helpful. The room had its own washing machine and iron, and there was a private kitchen. Even the detergents were available in the room. The shampoo and shower gel were high-quality. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. thank you all of staff.

Cons: The carpet in the room also had a bad smell. A larger sofa could have been used instead of two small sofas.

Pros: The counter was so nice and they helped me with everything I needed. They can communicate in English fluently.
