Pros: I really like the location — it’s close to the station, grocery store, restaurants, and convenience stores. The place itself is quite nice and very clean. They also have a TV connected to Wi-Fi with access to Amazon Prime, which is a great bonus.
Cons: There a few downsides. There were no extra blankets or pillows provided, which was inconvenient since there were four of us staying (it gets cold). We only received four towels for an 11-day stay, which wasn’t really enough. The bathroom setup was a bit odd — the toilet is far from the wash basin, and the toilet and shower seem randomly placed. There was no bidet either. They also didn’t provide any clothes pegs, so we had to buy our own. We were on the third floor, which could be a challenge if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, but it wasn’t a major issue. While I can’t really complain about the building’s structure, a few more thoughtful touches would’ve made the stay much more comfortable

Pros: 역에서 5분거리 위치 지하철 통상 배차간격 5~10분으로 적당 세탁기, 인덕션 등 모든 가구 존재 객실 별 와이파이로 속도 빠름 호스트의 빠른 응대 바로 옆 공원 존재해 산책하기 좋음 동네 분위기는 조용함 가격이 저렴하고 침대가 푹신함 침대 바로 위 콘센트 존재 바로 밑은 아니나 근처에 4가지 편의점 및 동네 마트 존재 지하철 막차 늦게까지 있음
Cons: 지하철 노선이 각역정차 1개 뿐임 타지로 연계되는 버스 노선이 적음 엘리베이터가 없음

Appartement très sympathique !
Pros: C'est mignon et ultra-fonctionnel, tout proche d'une gare bien desservie. Le propriétaire est réactif, le quartier est ultra-calme et vraiment sympa !
Cons: Plus petit que montré sur les photos (qui sont en grand angle, mais ça ne nous a pas posé de problème. Par contre les deux étages sans ascenseur avec les valises c'était très compliqué !

Good location and comfortable bedroom
Pros: The bedroom was cosy and warm with the AC. The beds were comfortable. I really loved the location: the zone is tranquil and the apartment is close to the station, so even if it's quite far from the main attractions of Tokyo, it's easy to get to them. The host had a lot of little details (a handbook for the amenities, a kit with toiletries, instant coffee, etc.) that made the stay special.
Cons: The zone with the kitchenette, toilet and shower didn't have AC, so it got really cold during our stay (maybe it won't be a problem in warmer months). There were some problems with the electricity... Maybe the output was too low or something but the AC stopped working a little bit during our last night, and sometimes the fuses blew even without using the hairdryer and the microwave at the same time.

Pros: 住宿點是住宅區，入住時會有種深入當地的感覺。房源如果用google map導航會有點迷失方向，需要提前用google map即時影像認識一下周遭和道路，比較容易找到房間。拿鑰匙很方便，記得出發前要先跟host拿鑰匙和的密碼。 我們入住303房，是邊間，天氣很冷的時候會非常需要房間的暖氣和洗澡的熱水，這一些都非常方便，暖氣需要一點時間才會有溫暖的感覺。床非常舒服，幾乎都是一覺到天明。廁所沒有免治馬桶，天冷時上廁所會需要一些勇氣。 很喜歡這一次入住的房源，需要的東西全部都有，也很方便！

Pros: Okolie, pekný park hneď pri ubytovaní, kľudne prostredie a veľmi blízko dostupná stanica a supermarkety
Cons: V ubytovaní bola veľká zima, boli sme ubytované 3 dospelé osoby ale periny boli iba 2 a deky 2, dlho trvalo kým sa aspoň trochu vykúrila izba klimatizáciou, ale aj tak bol prievan. Keby sa toto vylepšilo určite by sme zvolili aj nabudúce toto ubytovanie.
