Pros: excelente ubicación, fácil de llegar a todos lados, la zona es muy tranquila y es fácil comunicarse con el dueño, lo recomiendo mucho 10/10

Cons: leí comentarios de que podía oler mal y si llega a suceder pero solo es en momentos, si no eres delicado del olfato no te darás cuenta a menos que te pongas a buscar, realmente no es algo que afecte.
