Quiet Tokyo hideaway

Pros: The beds were so comfortable, great kitchen and bathroom, quiet, and easy 20 minute walk from Tokyo Station.p Made good use of the washing machine and loved the dryer setting on the bathroom air-conditioning unit.

Cons: Carpet needed a good clean where someone had spilt something leaving marks down the side of the divide between kitchen and living room.

Great hotel, central spot to Ginza/ Tsukiji. Worth the stay.

Pros: Great location, clean and had everything needed for a Tokyo stay.

Cons: It was ever so minor, but the kitchen could have been stocked with a bit more crockery/ cutlery (eg. we were a family of five and they only had three glasses).

Great location for exploring central Tokyo

Pros: Good location with very easy access to Ginza and Tokyo central.

Cons: Was a little tight for 3 people, once the sofa bed is down there is very little room. Understand that’s normal in Tokyo though.

indeed a very good hotel to stay with family

Pros: this hotel is superb....definitely will be my choice if i go to tokyo again. the room is cozy consider big for tokyo....good heater (floor and aircond) bed is comfortable, kitchen full set with microwave, kettle, oven, refrigerator, and everything you need..... not so near to MRT but not so far (within 5-10m walking) but have so many MRT stations you can choose

Cons: nothing....it is indeed a very good place for family (2-5)

Excellent stay in Ginza!

Pros: i liked that each room had 4 beds (1 sofa bed and 1 queen bed), i also liked the heated floors, heater/airconditioner, kitchenette with dishwasher (BONUS POINTS), microwave, fridge and also the self-service towel refresh, and the washing machine

Cons: could used a few more pillows, a clothes dryer

Pros: Proximity to various metro lines, easy walkable 15min to Ginza. The room was clean and also spacious, and more importantly came with washer.

Pros: For Tokyo, this place is considered big and well furnished. Chose it particularly for the kitchen facilities and washing machine. Love that you can dry the clothes in the bathroom using the heating function, pretty much dry the next morning. It is situated in a quiet area of Ginza which is a major plus without the crowd. Theres also 7 eleven aroubd the corner which is convenient.

Cons: This is abit of a weird one but we found a bunch of cut toe nails in the laundry basket underneath the basin. It was a a huge shock, I chucked it away asap cause I was grossed out and did not use the laundrt basket at all. Clearly the cleaner did not check everything in the place.

Pros: The largest accommodation we stayed at while in Japan and it had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue with our luggage delivery and did everything they could to help.

Cons: There isn't normally anyone at the front desk (you have to ring a bell) so luggages are left unattended.
