Pros: The place is clean and tidy. Well equipped. Near convenience stores. Ease of communication with the owner.
Cons: Reuest to have added toiletries since we stayed for 6 nights. Place to leave the luggage for early arrival and last day schedule.

We had a nice stay.
Pros: Very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. A bit far from the centre, but this is evident when booking. However, it was well connected transport wise. Nice shops, restaurants, coffee places close by. Nice neighbourhood overall. Quite noisy as the traffic on the main street is rather loud. However, we used earplugs and did not mind it in the end.

Pros: Everything is quite new, clean. We really like warm/dry room facility and ability to divide the space with the door (helps a lot with cancelling the noise coming from the street, at least for those sleeping on a sofa bed)
Cons: Noise from the street! No tea pot, plastic cups and plates, no washing up liquid. I have asked to provide us with the iron two weeks in advance- my request was ignored- no reply/no iron. The check-in process wasn’t smooth because I didn’t realise I needed to open a link in a letter and retrieve the code. And when we arrived I didn’t have WiFi to do the final step (in all my travel it was never so many steps). But yes, just read the whole e-mail and follow all the steps and you will be fine.

Pros: Plus: a clean and secured apartment in a quiet neighborhood, has everything you need, I especially love the drying fan in the bathroom very helpful. Minus: the location is close to Asakusa and easy to go to Haneda or Narita but hard to navigate through the metro subway to get to other attractions cause I had to make a few transfers.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need, lovely neighbourhood. Would recommend and stay again!
Pros: the apartment was so spacious and cozy. It literally had all the amenities and everything you needed e.g. kitchen, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine etc) there's a wall separation which gives privacy if you have more than 2 people staying, the sofa bed turns into a day bed, and you can add a tatami on top to make it more comfortable. the bathroom had the option to heat and dry the room when its wet. and there's ample closet space to store things. we had 5 luggages and we still had space. The best part was the beautiful view of skytree tower from the balcony, it was also a nice space to get some fresh air and a nice view of the neighbourhood. the location was also convenient for food and train/buses. would definitely stay again in the future!
Cons: The instructions for the check in wasn't as clear as it should be. they didn't allow me to requests for early check-in till the day of moving in, and yet they still rejected us, which led us to keep our luggage in lockers while we waited till 3pm. The PDF teaching us how to get into the apartment was also abit confusing, the room number and floor wasn't as clearly stated until another guest pointed out it was on the first page of PDF. (this confusion happens because in the instructions they use different units to demonstrate, which leads you to think the image is your unit, but it's just an example). The owner does take some time to reply as well so do message ahead of time.
