Pros: Central location, very modern and well appointed home that accommodated my family of 5.

Pros: Good location with nice clean facility very recommend.

Cons: The car park is a little bit too small for a medium size car like seven or eight person carrier. I got a van for 8 person and cannot park in that spot.

Amazing place, amazing host, amazing location.

Pros: Property was new, stylish and clean. Plenty to space to accomodate 6 of us.

Cons: Instructions for the dryer and bath might be good for foreign guests in future. Took a while to find out how to operate the heater on the dryer and the bath settings to drain. Could be user error though lol

Clean, comfort and wonderful stay

Pros: Was near to a Train station. Walking distance and there is a lot of eating option and also a supermarket around .

Cons: The Train station is a bit far from the Main Busy district. But of cause, we cannot compare as on the price.

Very good place for stay in Tokyo.

Pros: It’s clean, new and all facilities are available. Rooms are ok, with stairs going up to 2 Floor. Skytree/Assakusa is just few stops by metro and even walkable!

Cons: I heard from neighbour (pufuka 3) that his code for the house is the same aa for ours. If that’s true it isn’t so safe!

This property made our stay comfortable.

Pros: The property is clean, quiet and the kitchen utensils are complete. The beds and pillows are soft and we had a very good sleep. Most of all the host is very responsive in all my queries.

Cons: A little bit far from the train station.

Perfecto rincón en Tokio para un grupito o un par de parejas.

Pros: Era todo muy confortable, cómodo y moderno. Tuvimos todo lo necesario para estar perfectos. También estaba bien comunicado. La cocina estaba genial, el baño era más amplio que los otros que probamos en Japón y tenía cerca tiendas de conveniencia. Incluso uno que era un poco más selecto que los típicos.

Cons: Que estaba cerca de la vía del tren y, aunque te acostumbras porque tampoco es hiper molesto, te llevas la sorpresa al principio. Un poquito lejos del centro. A una hora de Shibuya o treinta minutos de Akihabara, que en una ciudad así, tampoco es demasiado tiempo.

Magnifique séjours à Tokyo, appartement situé juste à côté d’une station de bus ou de train, à 15 mi

Pros: Confort des lits, équipements, moderne et propre, linges en suffisances

Cons: Prévoir un minimum pour la cuisine (sel, poivre, sucre, huile) car pour quelques nuits on veut pas tout acheter. Ajouter des chaises car appartement pour 6 personnes et seulement 4 fauteuils pour manger.
