BEST STAY

Pros: The place is perfect for everything. Near metro station, family Mart is just next door. Restaurants and other shops are just a minute walk. The hotel itself is beautiful, bigger size compared to other hotel room in Japan. The best part of the room is the big Jet Bath. There are free amenities in the hotel lobby; unlimited free Wine in the lobby , free drinks in the fridge and unlimited ice cream. THANK YOU and I will definitely book again.

Cons: NONE

Pros: The place was spacious, the breakfast was good addition too. Was able to communicate with staff if needed. You can see the effort they have put in to make the place family friendly. The drinks, ice cream were a hit for the kids.

Cons: Just be aware that to get to the area, you have to pass by parts of Shinjuku that may not be for kids. But the hotel itself made efforts to make the hotel very family friendly

Greta family friendly hotel

Pros: Great family space….big enough for family of 5. Clean. We had the deluxe family room. Liked the seperate bathroom from the sleeping area. Location was walking distance to nightlife and restaurants and next to a family mart.

Cons: Microwave, washing machine and projector were very difficult to use. But no big deal

Great place for family stay in Shinjuku

Pros: Room was very spacious and clean. Light breakfast, ice cream and beverages provided. Many amenities to make stay feel special (face masks, slippers, etc)

Cons: no front desk staff.

Pros: Quirky hotel, well thought out room with big bath and shower, bunk beds for the kids and a karaoke machine, lots of amenities and free things like wine, ice cream, juices. Modern and lovely.

Cons: You have to self check in and self check out which was fine and there is no receptionist. No problems with that though.

Great location and amenities for young families

Pros: The location was perfect - 10 mins to Shinjuku station, 2 mins to higashi-Shinjuku station. The room was great - so hard to find a room for 2 parents and 4 kids! The bunks were amazing, especially with the curtains. In room Karaoke was an unexpected hit, they loved it. Good amount of space for a meal and a rest each day. The included breakfast was so good (muffins, croissants, hotdog in bun and Japanese curry with rice) each kid had something each morning, plus we didn’t realise we had included buffet breakfast every morning at their sister hotel Bali An - which was great the one morning we went. The staff were so helpful and we had a constant supply of free water, orange drink and soda water, plus towels every day. The elevator was small, but fit all of us and was never hard to catch, despite only having one. Highly recommend for families.

Pros: Room was cool for family of 5. Kareoke was added bonus. As was the free wine after a big day sight seeing. Close enough to train stations
