Pros: Futons for 3 persons Rice cooker, stove and pots - although didn't use Washing machine Foldable small table Towels and amenities Relatively close (10 minute) walk to Nakai station (Oedo line), bit more to Ochiai station (Tozai line).

Cons: Nothing! 2nd floor rooms required climbing stairs with luggage
