Great calm area, close to ochiai station, good cos benefit.

Pros: The location is really nice. In an area with lots of houses, it was a nice calm place to stay. 10min walk from the ochiai station.

Cons: The room is really small. It was according to the description, but once you are in the room you feel it.

Pros: It’s really quite and in a good location. It’s easy to access to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro etc. And you have everything you need. The staff responds really quick

Cons: The wifi is terrible and it’s pretty small. But it’s perfect for one traveler and the money wiser

Perfectly appointed apartment for two

Pros: Very clean. All utensils for cooking and keeping food, great water pressure and good location for Nantai station

Nice apartment with great location

Pros: Accommodation is super convenient, as it lies between Nakano and Shinjuku, and you are surrounded by convenient metro lines. Apartment offers basic tools and appliances. Near the stay you can find nice coin laundry, sento and loads of vending machines. Place is clean and nicely maintained.

Cons: Travelling with another friend, spaces were rather smaller, but it's fine if you don't travel with big suitcases. Ideal for one person, if necessary

Pros: Impressive use of space. It's a small studio but you have everything you need in it.

Pros: Clean, a lot of comodities made it feel super confortable. As bonus point, it is in a neighbourhood of houses and you feel like and the neighbourhood looks like in one of those anime. A really good ramen store 10 minutes walking too.

Cons: 1. Good that I know how to break into houses, because one night I had to (literally) jump the fence. The gate of the yard had some issues in the sense that if someone locked it from the inside for whatever reason then you cant unlock it from the outside no matter what - the fence is easy to jump though. 2. The instructions how to get the key to the room are unclear. I had to call to get more clarity and it took like 30 mins on the phone to sort it out

Very comfortable and clean apartment

Pros: The location was perfect; close to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I loved it.

Cons: The space is very small, but that was to be expected.

Pros: Perfecto para tener una experiencia japonesa. Se encuentra en zona residencial y es un apartamento pequeño con cama grande y todo lo necesario. Lavadora, ac, cocina, ducha, microondas...

Cons: Pasillo muy estrecho, aunque añade a la experiencia, es incómodo para llegar tarde

Pros: The location was a quaint neighborhood with easy access to multiple lines, a bit further of a walk especially late at night but worth it for the peacefulness you get from the neighborhood. Beautiful inside and out, very modern yet traditional with the tatami flooring The shower is spacious and the fact that it doubles as a dryer is so cool, better than most dryers I've used before! Even the futon was very comfortable, and they provide a bean bag too if you need more support. Amazing accommodations, would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Struggled with the internet upon arriving but I was able to reset the modem myself by screwing the cable back into the wall, and did not need to contact the booking manager.

民泊（アパートメントホテル）では個人的にピカイチに近い。ちょっと狭いけど。

Pros: 部屋は小ぶりだが必要なものはほぼ全て揃っていてとてもよかった。特に洋服ハンガーが結構あり、ピンチハンガーもあるので洗濯したい人にはGOOD。干すポールも壁のレールハンガーも充実している。ベッドが快適。

Cons: TVが不思議なところにあり見づらい。
