Comfortable, spotless and unbeatable value for money.

Pros: The location was perfect, a quieter suburb that was a welcome relief from sightseeing in busier areas all day. A quick 5 minute walk from Nakai station and about 10 minutes walk from Ochiai station, the area is well connected via subway. It’s also around 40 minutes from Tokyo Haneda Airport via taxi, which is great for early morning flights when the subway isn’t running. The room was spotless and had every amenity that you could need while travelling, including a hairdryer, electric kettle, microwave, plates and cutlery. The guest handbook was comprehensive, I had an absolutely zero issues getting anything to work during my stay. A nice bonus was the aircon that also could heat the room- great for the cold winter nights in Tokyo! I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo.

Cons: I couldn’t find anywhere to dispose of trash once the trash cans were full.
