We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book a return stay.

Pros: Great location and with Hiroo Station being so close it was very easy to get around to other parts of Tokyo. The apartment was quite roomy by Tokyo standards. Facilities were also of a good standard, particularly the bathroom which had great water pressure and was very spacious. The inclusion of the washing machine, kitchenette and dining table made it perfect for travellers like ourselves who prefer more independence and privacy, being the only apartment on the floor. Although near the main road, the apartment is very well sound proofed so any noise didn't concern us at all.

Cons: Unfortunately there were no tea towels, butter knives and the griller wasn't working which was a shame but a minor inconvenience. It also would have been nice to use the bath but there were no instructions and we couldn't figure it out. The most complicated part was getting hold of the keys and then returning the keys to the safebox, but an extensive list of instructions are given before arriving and they do work if you follow them word for 'exact' word.

The apartment is comfortable and wonderful, just like being at home, and warm.

Pros: The apartment is very beautiful, with harmonious colors and comfortable. When I visit Tokyo again, I will definitely stay there again.

Cons: It needs a thorough cleaning... I found some long hairs on the floor.😅

Great location cleanliness subpar

Pros: The location was really great. We were able to go everywhere we wanted to by using the metro or walking, which is what we wanted. The room was spacious for a family of four and relatively comfortable. However, it was unfortunate that the cleanliness was subpar. We moved the couch to verify that our kids hadn't forgotten anything, and there were toys from we don't know how long ago and dust. The bed cover had stains. We also found long hair that did not belong to any of our party. Overall, it just felt as though it had been wiped down but not cleaned. Wish there were cleaning supplies available, such as dish towels. But at least there was a small vacuum. The neighborhood is great, and the view from our floor was wonderful.
