Pros: The location of the place is great, right in the middle of everything, subway station to so far and easy to go all around the city. Also the washing machine is a huge plus! Host is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Some cold wind is blowing from balconies door but AC is fixing it. Probably in the summer time it is a good option 😁

Nice little apartment for good value for money

Pros: The property is very nice for 1-2 people. I stayed alone and it was nice to have my own little space. I used the washing machine and felt very comfortable. I like the neighborhood which is close to Shibuya, Aoyama and Roppongi. Since I don’t have an issue with noise I slept really well. There is a main street right next to you so you have to know that you can hear the traffic and people talking very well.

Cons: The bathroom was not super clean and the bed sheets could be a bit more high quality to improve the stay even more. Would still come here again though.

Pros: I really liked the place, I appreciate the comfort, remote check-in, and room amenities.

Cons: The place could be better marked with a clearer sign. I had to look for it a little.

Good choice for a short, comfortable stay in Tokyo

Pros: Small but very comfortable apartment. Despite being close to an overpass, it is well soundproofed, so sleeping is peaceful. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is a huge plus in the summer heat. Excellent transport links – a bus stop almost at the doorstep. The building is tall and narrow, with an elevator, and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom stocked with toiletries. No disturbing city noise.

Cons: The space for the futon for the third person is very limited. For a longer stay, it leaves little room for suitcases, and the person has to sleep in the kitchen passageway.

Will definitely recommend this place

Pros: Good location since the nearest bus station is only 90m away, however if you will opt to ride the train with a subway pass then it would be around 13-15 minutes walk. Since none of us chose to travel thru subway to minimize the need to go up and down the stairs then this apartment was definitely a good option for us. Convenient stores, bars and restaurants were nearby as well so we never had any problems in terms of food. :) It was very clean, there was adequate space to move around and even though it was just along the road we were able to sleep comfortably. Neighborhood was definitely quiet, a true plus point! Pictures provided were very accurate to what was posted. Moreover, owner is very responsive to our queries.

Cons: I think the sink inside the bathroom is clogged but we don't use it that much.

I will use this place again, it would be nice to stay a week or so.

Pros: It was clean and neat, had a comfortable western bed and two pillows. The location was a surprise because it was so easy to get anywhere I needed to go to.

Cons: It was hard to find. Fortunately there was a photo included on the Booking.com entry. So I was able to find the correct building. (There are 4 identical buildings in the area)

Super séjour à Tokyo

Pros: Emplacement au top métro et bus à proximité, super facile.

Cons: Il manque quelques trucs pour la cuisine comme des ciseaux, couteaux, serviettes mais sinon c’est ok.

Angenehmer Start in die Reise 👍

Pros: Die Lage ist super, und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons: Es war recht schlicht, hätte vllt noch ein bisssschen eingerichteter sein können. Aber das ist persönlicher Geschmack. Und die Lautstärke der zwei Hochstraßen direkt vorm Fenster ist recht hoch.

Pleasant apartment with good location and a few small quirks.

Pros: The location of the apartment is super good. 7minute ride with the bus to Shibuya station, or a 20-24min walk if you prefer it. Metro lines within reach, bus stops right at your door. The apartment was cozy and spacious enough for 2 people for a week. Had space to have 2 suitcases with us as well.

Cons: There is no heating in the apartment, especially in the shower or the toilet room. So sometimes it was a bit freezing to greet mother nature. If you're sensitive to sound - you will hear everything from the outside, since the windows are very thin, but nothing that a pair of earplugs can not solve. Was a bit of a dominos game when we washed our clothes, since there is not a lot of space to hang them in the balcony and if you already used available hangers to for your clothes - it will get even trickier:)

도쿄에서 이런 가격에 이런 퀄리티?!

Pros: 우선 가격 대비 숙소의 크기나 접근성이 좋았습니다. 일본은 숙박 잘못 걸리면 진짜 좁아서 캐리어도 못피는데 생각보다 크기가 꽤 있길래 만족하면서 사용했어요. 접근성도 괜찮은게 시부야 시내에서 택시로 6-7분 걸리면 숙소였고 주변에 편의점 등 상점이 꽤나 있었기에 이 정도면 접근성도 쏘쏘다 생각했어요.

Cons: 청소가 … 조금 더 완벽하면 좋을거같습니다. 체크인 시간 지나서 들어갔을 때 바닥에 미처 치우시지 못한 먼지가 조금 있었어요 ㅠㅠ 말고는 전부 만족해요!
