functional and comfortable

Pros: instructions were easy to follow host was responsive quiet authentic location away from main tourist centres hot showers & the lift were great as we were travelling with our grandma

Tokyo stay - great location, comfortable and homely.

Pros: Location was close to major public transport, the lift up to the 5th floor was so very welcome when moving luggage. Amenities were clean and easy to use. Nice quite location for easy resting after seeing Tokyo. Plenty of easy to access convenience stores and food nearby.

Cons: Location was a little hard to find at first. Find the restaurant at the same address - our maps app preferred this address in English. Like other accommodation we stayed at, sleeping 5 was a little cozy and meant moving furniture or packing away beds to ensure ease of movement in the property - but thats not an issue given how good the location and property was to stay at.

Fantastic and comfortable

Pros: This was a small home and very comfortable for the space which is exactly as we wanted. My family and I wanted to experience staying in a place the same way the Japanese people live which was good. It is very close to a local grocery outlet and close enough to public transport to get around. With enough room for 4 adults with a just little thought around luggage storage it was a lovely, clean place to stay, and would stay again.

Cons: The actual entrance was a little difficult to find although a very kind young Japanese man whom spoke very good English called the owners and clearly showed us the entrance. Japanese people are so kind and generous with their time to others.
