Pros: Very conveniently located in Ikebukuro, lots of food and shopping, near to Kombini, quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: A little bit tight for family of 7, but we already expected this especially in Tokyo.

Pros: We quite enjoyed the stay 👍👍👍 👍 Good location, 10 minutes walk from train station that can get you anywhere! 👍 Well heated and clean house. We came here in a cold Spring season. 👍 Easy self check-in. We arrived almost midnight and had no trouble checking in. 👍 Interesting night life around to keep you indulged. 👍 Fast wifi internet
