Nice little flat in good area.
Pros: The place is clean and spacious. The japanese style room is very comfy.
Cons: We had some issues with the shower, every now and then it would just stop the hot water. I think this eventually got fixed.

Pros: The location is perfect, 400-600m from 2 metro stations. Easy access to/from Haneda Airport. Lots of shops, small supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Cons: Need to walk up a steep flight of stairs, which is fine if you have a light suitcase. There is no windows views, facing walls, but if you're out site-seeing during the day it doesn't matter

Neat and cozy apartment at Shimbamba station
Pros: Real 2- bedroom-apartment, well equipped, neat, modern looking, cozy and very clean. Very responsive and helpful host.
Cons: Shimbamba station does not have as many frequent trains as other stations in Tokyo (every 7 min rather than usually 2 or 3)

A comfortable and convenient stay!
Pros: The apartment is spotless, spacious, and just a 7-minute walk from the metro; the host is also highly responsive.
Cons: Everything was great—the only drawback is that there's no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy bags.

Very pleasant and very roomy apartment in quiet neighborhood, short walk from 3 metro stations!
Pros: A real apartment, with two bedrooms and a livingroom/kitchen annex. In every bedroom, there was a real-size bed for two, plus extra beds if needed. Much roomier then other places we visited before in Tokyo. We were four and everyone had his/her own place to do what he/she wanted. A very pleasant neighborhood, close to two metro stations - approximately 400m (to Shimbamba - local trains) and 700m (to Aiomono-yokocho - expres and local trains). A very quiet street and almost no traffic at all. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. Less than a 10-minute walk to AEON, which has a shopping mall, a grocery store, and a food court. Another metro station (Shinagawa Seaside) by the AEON with possibility to visit another parts of Tokyo without taking the train to the centrum. The owner was very friendly, helped us a lot, was flexible about our stay (both arrival and departure time), super quick communication in booking.com chat. Very highly recommended apartment!

Great location, spacious, responsive host.
Pros: - spacious (for Japan) - great location (next to Shimbamba metro stop), 20 mins by rail to Haneda - host responds very quickly to any concerns; make sure to tell them how beds you need linens for before you come - lots of food/shopping choices in 10 minute walking radius (Aeon mall ten mins away)
Cons: - can be a little noisy when people walk up and down stairs, but it's not really a big deal

Pros: Location was good, couple mins walk to the station. Great restaurant across the road. 7-11 around the corner. Very spacious, great kitchen and bathroom
Cons: Beds were hard but that's pretty standard for Japan. No lift which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some as you have to carry suitcases upstairs
