Pros: The house was exceptionally well stocked with amenities. Everything we needed was there and more!

Cons: We were a group of 7, so it was a little bit cramped, but that was our choice to do so. I think it would be best suited to a group of 6 or less.

Pros: It was a pleasant experience to stay at Fukurou house, the house is very pretty and well organised, and it only takes about 5-10mins to walk to the ikebukuro station！The house also had tons of house accessories with well maintained and new furnitures. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful, it was so far the best residential experience we've had in Japan！We will definitely choose to stay here next time we come to Tokyo ！

Ikebukuro Townhouse

Pros: Spacious two story house, all amenities needed were provided, host provided detailed directions to property from the subway and was available for any questions/concerns.

Cons: Not negatives so much as a heads up (so to speak): the doorways are very low -- if you're taller than 5'8\

Clean, comfortable and convenient for large groups at an excellent price!

Pros: The Fukurou House is an exceptional place to stay for groups in Tokyo! It is a little off the beaten path for tourists, as it is located is a quiet residential neighborhood (which is super great!) It is a super close and an easy walk to the station, restaurants, shops and the rest of Ikebukuro. The property was clean, and very comfortable for our group. Having the entire house to ourselves was fantastic. Laundry and many amenities were free during our stay. The kitchen and shower were wonderful. Many helpful maps and information is provided at the property. Check in and out was super easy. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely be staying at the Fukurou House next time we are in Tokyo!

Cons: Honestly, I can’t think of much! Maybe it would have been nice to have some games or a deck of cards available.
