Unite Stay URAYASU 101 8 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus to Disneyland

Comfortable, spacious room close to Disney

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable room, close to Disney (less than 2000 yen taxi). The service was excellent, the manager was very responsive and the facilities were great. Very quiet area. I'm not sure what else you would do in the area if not going to Disney but it's not far to Tokyo city.

Cons: All good.

Highly recommend and will be back!

Pros: It was in a great location and very accommodating. The host was very responsive to all our questions and requests. It was an easy and convenient check in process. And also easy to figure out public transportation to Disney. They had every accommodation, even a stroller to use for our stay!!! (Our big American one was not very good for public transportation so we were thankful for that) they also had showers soaps, laundry soaps, toothbrushes, dishes, wine opener, etc.

Cons: My only complaint was it wasn’t very accessible, for stroller entry and if a guest may be in a wheelchair or handicapped in a way. We are not, we only had big American stroller and had to use the stairs and also leveled entry way but will definitely come back with a new Japanese size stroller and have no other complaints!

Pros: Great location for Disney, checking in was very simple. The room was very spacious and clean. And the washer was a definite bonus!

Pros: とてもキレイにされていて、ゆったり自宅のようにくつろぐことのできる快適なお部屋でした。 一般的なホテルと違う点は、部屋着（パジャマ、浴衣）がないぐらいで、それ以外は必要な物全てが揃っていました。 遠隔で暖房をつけてくださるなど、細やかな配慮も行き届いています。

Cons: もう少しお風呂が広いと嬉しいなと感じました。

Feel like Warmth home!

Pros: The room is very new and super clean with everything we needs being provided. The host's hospitality and service were beyond expectations, as the host turned on the heater remotely for us because it was super cold. The communication with the host was perfect and prompt! There were 4 large comfortable beds and a big dining table. A laundromat was right behind the property, super convenient to do laundry. The bus station where we could get to Disneyland is just couple minutes walk away. Both Disneyland resorts and URAYASU station are nearby. There are also convenient stores, super market and good restaurants within walking distance in a very quiet neighborhood. We have a fantastic stay!!! Highly recommend this property!

Pros: 問い合わせに対して、返信が早い。 我が家はディズニー旅行で3泊4日滞在しました！ ディズニーランドまで近いし、GOタクシーも2.3分で到着する。 そして、お家にいるかのように落ち着ける空間でした！ 個人的に良かったのが、 ①ベッドのマットレスが硬めだったことです。腰痛持ちの母も快適に過ごせました！ ②洗濯機も洗剤もあり洗濯できたことも助かりました！ ③食器など、子供用の用意があったこと。 ④炊飯器。子供が小さいので、外食ばかりは栄養面で気になるところ…！ディズニーに手作りおにぎりを持って行けてよかった。 次回も利用したいと思える場所でした！

Pros: 숙소도 정말 깨끗하고 만나뵙진 못했지만 주고받는 메일에서 주인분께서 정말 친절하시다는걸 느꼈습니다. 도쿄에 있는동안 제일 마음에 들었던 숙소입니다!

Pros: Quarto amplo , camas confortáveis, tudo muito limpo e completo , perto de mercado , farmácia, hotto motto , estação , Disneyland, convenience store!! O pessoal muito atencioso e cuidadosos em deixar tudo com mais conforto para você ! Adorei e recomendo 🩷
