Fresh, new and spacious place to stay

Pros: The apartment is clean, new and spacious by Tokyo standards. Make sure you get an apartment facing away from the street as it’s quiet then. The street facing apartments will likely have significant traffic noise.

Cons: The gym is NOT included in the room fee and requires booking. It turns out that I was not able to use it due to limited availability and mismatch with my schedule.

Pros: 部屋はとにかくリノベーションされていて綺麗、家電類もとてもおしゃれで綺麗でした使わなかったけど食器や調理器具まで電子レンジも、電気ポットも全て揃っていましたただビルに着いた時はドアやって入ればいいのかわからず不安でしてた

Cons: とても綺麗でしたがお風呂の扉と壁だけは掃除が行く届いてなくて汚かったです

Все чудесно!)

Pros: Совершенно новые комнаты - полноценная квартира! Больше стандартных Токийских по размеру. Внутри - обустроено все «как для себя». Есть все, что нужно для быта - вся техника ТОП производителей. Даже пароотпариватель Panasonic был) Душевая - герметичная и удобная, очень удобно принимать душ. Все новое и чистое. Шума с улицы совсем не слышно. Расположение удобное - до главных транспортных узлов (Сибуя и Синдзюка) около 20 минут. В следующий раз с удовольствием остановимся в этом же отеле!
