Beautiful stay with heaps of space, close to trains and restaurants.

Pros: Everything about the property was perfect! Communication was easy from booking to check out. The location, just a short 3 min walk to the station, made it super easy to commute to all areas of Tokyo and the little neighbourhood had a great selection of restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teens) and all the amenities you need to enjoy a very comfortable long or short stay. The collection of Manga books and artwork was incredible and really made it a fun place to stay.

Cons: The apartment is located next to the train line so it was quite noisy at times, but with bedrooms located at the front and the back of the apartment, we were all able to find a bed that allowed us to sleep without being disturbed by the noise.

Great stay among Mangas in the living Tokyo neighbourhood

Pros: We had a perfect stay at Manga apt in Tokyo, everything was great: the location is 3 mins walk from a train station where 2 different lines interconnect so very easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo (bonus tip: since it is an interconnecting station, all express trains stop there as well, thus much faster to get anywhere), the area is literally dotted with places to eat, cafes, shops - both very Japanese and international brands. The apt itself was spacious, spotless clean and equipped in everything you need for a short or longer stay, very well equipped kitchen, including tea, coffee etc. A separate toilet upstairs was very convenient, as well as a washing/drying machine. As a bonus you get a great collection of Manga (both in English and Japanese) that you can enjoy throughout your stay. It is a very local experience, not comparable to any hotel stay.

Cons: It is not the quietest location - the price you pay for being at the heart of everything. Fortunately there is only one bedroom (2 beds) facing the railway, we did not need to use that, thus we were not bothered by the trains. The stairs are quite steep as well, it is very typical for Japanese apts/houses.

Pros: Many beds, clean, close to train station, washer/dryer, supplies, great value especially with kids.

Cons: Steep stairs, no couch to relax, no taxi access, noise from train station, no bath tub. Most were known beforehand.

Great value would stay again right near train station and tons of places to eat nearby.

Pros: I like that design and all the manga that was everywhere.

Cons: One shower was difficult for a bigger group but we went in expecting that.
