Base Hanegi Apartment by Tranova

Pleasant

Pros: Peaceful neighbourhood and spacious apartment for 1-2 people. Close to higashi matsubara station and pleasant walk to shimo kitazawa and to hanegi park (nice plum blossoms)

Cons: I received too many emails threatening that they will kick me out if the neighbours complain for noise.. this was unpleasant as it caused unnecessary worrying.. in the end regular life noise was just fine and i couldn’t hear anything from the neighbours

Satisfied!

Pros: It was my 3rd time to stay here. Train station is nearby, 7/11 nearby, basic kitchen tools are prepared and funtioned well, WiFi functioned without problem. Bathtub is helpful after long flight, and a heating system in the bathroom was also practical to hang the wasching. The area is also very quiet and safe. Owner answered to my questions very quickly and friendly all the time.

Cons: When I stayed the first time in 2023, there were a bit more tools in the room (like scissors, small ring to hang the washing etc) which got less and less everytime I stayed. (Probably got stolen...?) Price got higher, which is a burden and the reason for a not high points for price-performance balance.

Cozy and comfortable stay

Pros: Lovely clean room, has everything you may need. Close to the train station and easy access to shibuya and Shinjuku

Best studio apartment stayed till date i wished to stay more

Pros: Property amazing and the host is very well organised the way he directed the location and god bless him or her gave me early check in

10 days there, not the first time there, very good stay and service

Pros: Fast Response for any question from the host at any time, very nice and helpful support, close to subway, very nice surrounding with restaurants and all necessary shops, No noise (beware to yours, you will be asked to leave), good clim clod and hot, large windows with bug protection. Good price.

Pros: So easy to check in, it is self check in with an iPad. We arrived 23:35 and the reception staff answered the FaceTime call straight the way which was very helpful. They responded quickly to any enquiries we had throughout our stay. The hairdryer and washing machine were great, very efficient appliances. Every room has a balcony which is also very nice, the natural lighting from the doors and windows in the apartment was really lovely and made the space seem so much more open and spacious. You have all the cooking utensils and equipment you need to cook for 3 people per room which was very useful if you wanted to make your own meals at the apartment. Amazing shower, a lovely bath and a really cool toilet!

Cons: A few more waste/bin bags to be provided, but I’m sure on request they would have provided them.

Calm, comfortable, and convenient stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Great location in a quiet, local neighborhood — perfect place to escape the city noise. The host responded quickly and helped with every question.

Cons: Nothing significant, everything worked well.

Pros: とても清潔で快適に過ごせることが出来ました。 駅からは少し歩きますが許容範囲です。 下北沢や渋谷に行きたかったので便利でした。

Cons: Wi-Fiが接続できず、メールで伝えましたがやはり無理でした。そこだけが残念な点でした。

以前のお値段なら喜んでまた泊まるのですが。。

Pros: ロケーションは抜群です。東松原駅から5分、駅周りにはコンビニや食事ができるところも数々あり。明大前駅にも徒歩１０分ほどで着く。落ち着いた静かな住宅街。電子レンジ、洗濯機、湯沸かし器等も、すべて機能しました。換気扇や暖房もタイマーセットができて便利。 バスタブの上に物干し竿があり、洗濯物を干せます。 徒歩５分のところに銭湯(宇田川湯)があり、身体の芯から疲れが取れた、ここもおすすめです。

Cons: 度重なる宿泊価格の値上げです。今回で4回目の滞在で、これからもずっと使いたかったが、2024年後半以降に設定された価格は、私に払える額を大幅に超えています。(今回の滞在の予約は2024年5月に行った、その値段でも正直きつかった) 2025年後半に予定されてる滞在は、この事が理由で他で予約しました。 WiFiは不安定→初めて泊まった2023年から改善見られない。 ソファーベッドや寝具は、以前の宿泊価格なら納得でしたが、現在の価格だと疑問。 お掃除は所々ホコリがすごい箇所があるので、時々別の方が見て確認されると気がつけるかもしれません。

静かで快適

Pros: 住宅地の中にあるため、静かで快適。コンビニもすぐ近くにあるので、困らない。近くに美味しいケーキ屋さんがあるので、宿泊の際にはケーキを買って楽しめる。ソファーベッドではなく、机と椅子にして欲しい。 部屋によってはソファーベッドが扉にあたり、入りづらい。
