Clean and comfortable stay for our family
Pros: 1. The apartment was spacious and very clean for our family of 3. 2. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. 3. Location was near Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage Station Exit B3 and Life Supermarket. 4. Kitchen was well equipped enough for our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
Cons: 1. Only one set of keys to use for our group which means we couldn’t split up. 2. Needed two keys to get into the apartment: one to open the complex entrance door and second key to open front door but both keys looked alike. Maybe mark which key is which. 3. No bidet in the toilet. 4. Only one set of towels provided for our entire stay so had to wash them ourselves daily.

Good
Pros: The location is very good. It takes 2 minutes to walk to a large supermarket and 5 minutes to walk to the subway station. On the other side of the river is the beautiful Tokyo Skytree. If you want to go to Disneyland, you can take a direct bus at the bus stop under the Tokyo Skytree. There is a washing machine. I have to wash clothes every day in the summer.
Cons: The toilet exhaust fan is very noisy

Pros: It is just next to the skytree solamachi and the life grocery store. Also, it is surrounded by restaurants. It is very convenient for accessibility and food. Can catch the Keisei Access Express directly from and to airport to/from the Oshiage Station.
Cons: Perhaps the toilet bowl come with the bidet system will be great. In

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including a wardrobe which was very helpful for organizing our belongings. It's located just a short walk from Tokyo Skytree and Solamachi Shopping Centre, with easy access to public transport—perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city.
Cons: The check-in process was a bit frustrating. The keys were stored inside a keybox, but the instructions didn’t include a photo of the keybox or what the keys looked like once the box was open. Since we weren’t familiar with how Japanese keyboxes work, it took us around 30 minutes to figure it out. Including a clear photo of the keybox and the keys in the instructions would save future guests a lot of time and confusion.

CP值很高的住宿，但如果沒辦法接受噪音的就要考慮一下
Pros: 位置真的很方便，出大門往左邊走是7-11，往右邊過一個小橋就可以到Life超市，超市穿過去過馬路就到押上車站，晴空塔商圈也離很近，玩回來太晚可以直接到晴空塔5F吃飯（那邊的店都開到11點）。
Cons: 1.我有看到住宿有包含盥洗用品，但到現場沒有牙刷及牙膏（但我認為是小事情，我們直接去對面超市購買）。 2.冷氣機的聲音是真的很大，又在床頭，如果睡眠品質不好的人就不太適合來住，晚上也有飆車的聲音（因為我們每天都玩的蠻累的，回來也是直接睡著，所以沒有什麼影響到）。

Pros: 樓宇有點歷史但設備不錯，地點正正是在Skytree隔離仲有間大型超市及7仔。近地鐵站B3出口有升降機，相當容易找。屋主資訊充足回復亦快。
Cons: 1/鎖匙沒有上鎖就放在信箱內😱😱，立即通知屋主他們很快回覆說是上手沒有處理好..........但無論怎樣其實都應該找人double check是否妥當，因這樣是屋主的責任給租住你們單位的人一個安心一個安全？？？對嗎？？？ 2/廁所抽氣很像警報相當嘈吵亦都很大聲，希望有所改善
