Pros: Location: if you know the area well, it's a really handy location.

Cons: Even though there's a nice TV monitor, you can't watch TV with it. The floor is very cold.

Small but mighty launch pad.

Pros: Small footprint but had all the necessities as a home base to visit the city.

Cons: Sheets had some holes in them (but were still clean). Place could benefit from a mirror outside of the one in the bathroom.

Pros: Very clean and adequate household supplies. Space is compact and has everything you need for a short stay. Sancha is a great neighborhood!

Pros: Location, location. Easy to get to metro station. Super easy to get into Shibuya and Shinjuku. Lots of good quality eating places in the area. I wish I could have tried them all. I just liked the vibe. Little ma/pa businesses along sidewalk route next to main Avenue and amongst residential buildings. I'll remember the shop with 5-6 gorgeous amarylises growing out of the shallowest of single ceramic pots. Or the barber in his shop awaiting clients as he studied his cell phone while his elderly golden retriever, oblivious, just watched the street action outside the front door. Great bakeries and coffee. Supermarkets near by.

Cons: Shower/tub is narrow. . Fake plants rob valuable space. Fridge old, needs updating. Could use a bigger table with wheels. Bedding needs to be cleaner.
