The place was clean, quiet and cozy. Further, it is close to senso-Ji temple and Tokyo Skytree.

Pros: The cleanliness. The peace. The location which is near to Hikifune station.

Cons: Smaller than how it looks in the picture but still acceptable .

Good value for money

Pros: The place had a separate bathroom with a washing machine which was useful. You need your own detergent and there's a laundromat 3 minutes away in the same street to dry them out. Also there's a closet in the hallway and a balcony where we could store our things and suitcase, so that the room itself could feel bigger. The studio was very clean. While the neighborhood is far from the known touristic places, I found it very nice and calm. You can walk 20 minutes to the closest Tokyo metro station Asakusa. (There are other stations around but not from the Tokyo metro)

Cons: Like everyone said I was surprised to see that the bed was single. We had to use the futon that was provided since we were 2. A small extendable couch would be much better for the space. The furniture does take up a lot of space but we reorganized the table and chairs to have more moving space in the room. Also we received ~20 individual soap, conditioner and body wash, like at the hotel, for the 7 days of the stay. It would make more sense to just add big bottles in the bathroom. It would be more convenient and easier to use.

Pros: This was a lot better than I expected. Thought it was too small but when I got there, the small space was very optimal for a solo traveller. It was clean and almost everything that I need are there. The washing machine and oven heater meant a lot. Location was very quiet. I never met any other human being in that building during the full week I was there. 😁 my nightly sleep was perfect. 7 eleven was just a quick 3 minute walk outside. Further you will get a great view by the Sumida River.

Cons: * I hope they gave higher amount of shower gel. * more towels would be nice but you got a washing machine so its fine * I think they could just remove the TV monitor there. Not needed these days and it takes space * A bit pricy but perhaps its only because its in Tokyo + autumn season

Впечатления хорошие, отличное место для того, чтобы просто переночевать, а все остальное время гулять по городу.

Pros: Наличие стиральной машины, микроволновой печи. Близость к Sky Tree, удобный транспортный узел в пешей доступности

Cons: Отсутствие системы для хранения вещей

Pros: Тихо, чисто, есть всё необходимое. Стиральная машина, телевизор, кондиционер, свой душ и туалет, маленькая кухня где можно приготовить завтрак и ужин. Апартаменты выглядят свежо и как новые. Спасибо 😁

Cons: Заселение было два человека. Рекомендую заселение в таких маленьких апартаментах одному! Но мы это знали за ранее. Было не достаточно полотенцев. На одного человека было одно маленькое полотенце- для тела, лица, головы и попы. Это не гигиена. И не было достаточно постельного белья. Например- на одного человека было две подушки но одна наволочка, одна простынь и один пододеяльник. Мы были 16ть дней.

Valuable

Pros: Staff is very quick response when i ask for help. The room is cozy and fit for 1 people. Location is a bit far from station but safe. All facilities are valuable. Very close to 7-11 and you can see sky tree view from balcony.

Cons: No cover blanket and too small towel but i feel safe and comfortable when i stayed in Sumida Dias.
