Perfect apartment for 1 person

Pros: The apartment was quite spacious for 1 person. Abundance of amenities and toiletries, enough even for longer stays. Bathroom was very well equipped (washing machine, electric toilet, smart dryer). The apartment was very bright (3 big windows) and the bed was cozy. Smart TV with YouTube. There's a 7-Eleven right around the corner. WiFi was reliable & very fast.

Cons: No elevator (5th floor apartment). The closest metro station (Oshiage Skytree) has some very convenient connections but is not that close (20-25 minutes walk on average).

Spacious apartment with great facilities

Pros: Very spacious living room so had plenty of room for my luggage. Great facilities if you don't want to eat out every day, because you could just prepare and store meals, with the addition of the stove and the fridge and the microwave. Aircon in both rooms (living and bedroom) was a huge convenience especially during the incredibly hot summer. Not to mention the bathroom heater for my clothes and the washing machine, as I got caught in the middle of the typhoon weather as well. Owner was always available for any questions I had. Skytree visible from every corner of the building was also a nice bonus. About 10 mins away on foot from the Hikifune Station, but there is also a bus station nearby, making it quite close to Asakusa.

Super happy!

Pros: There is everything within the little 3 rooms. Kitchen, fridge, laundry with dryer, and bath tub. We are SUPER GLAD that we found this place. 10/10 would come stay again.

Cons: The AC is cold but I don't know why the room stays hot. Places that is not directly hit by the AC's air will still be warm. Maybe it's because it's on the 5th floor?

Muito boa.

Pros: Fica próximo a duas estações que podem te levar a qualquer lugar do Japão. Ha vista de dois lados do espaço, onde se quiser, ter claridade do dia com o sol sem frio.

Cons: Não há elevador e a escada é estreita, dificulta pra malas grandes. Mas para malas pequenas e mochilas é tranquilo.

Néhény napos szállásra tökéletes. Visszamennénk.. :)

Pros: A környék nagyon szimpatikus volt, kellemes, rendezett környéken. A közelben több kis üzler is van, illetve egy nagyobb szupetmarket is. Kellemes sétatávolságra van a Tokio Skytree és a metró is.

Cons: Ha nem a 4, emeleten lett volna a szállás, kényelmesebb lett volna (lift híján) pl. a csomagok cipelése. Javaslunk több fogast, könnyebb lenne a ruhák szárítása.

Pros: Čisté, útulné, dobrá lokalita. Vhodné max.pro 3 osoby. Dostačující kuchyňský kout na uvaření večeře. Celkový dojem je velmi dobrý. Pronajímatel reagoval hned na mé požadavky. Děkuji za hezký pobyt.

Cons: Postup pro otevření dveří pouze na vyžádání. Otevření zámku od pokoje je celkem dost komplikované. Na několik pokusů, protože jsme neobdrželi přesný postup. Bylo by lepší zaslat předem podrobný postup a foto nebo video nahrávku. Každopádně nedotýkat se kolečka dole , pouze klávesnice.

C’était vraiment super

Pros: Le logement était propre, spacieux et situer à 20 min à pied de la Tokyo skytree et à 15 min à pied de la gare. Des caisses fournissant les produits tel que des draps propres, du papier toilette, éponge et autre sont mis à disposition plusieurs fois dans la semaine.

Cons: Nous étions au 5eme étage sans ascenseur, cela ne nous a pas posez de problème mais cela peut être bon à savoir si jamais vous avez de grosse valise.

大変満足しています。

Pros: 生活用品が揃っているので、洗濯・料理も問題なく行えた。近くにセブンイレブンがあるので買い出しも容易だった。事前チェックイン手続きや建物立入・室内立入の暗証番号入力などつまずきそうな場面もあったが、充分な案内がなされるので問題なく行えた。

Cons: 室内で行うチェックイン・チェックアウト作業について、案内がほとんど無かった。インターフォンモニターと並んでcheckinのQRコードとcheckoutのQRコードが貼られているのだが、QRコードを読み込まなければ作業内容が何もわからない状況だった。事前配布される「Direction to the apartment」というpdfの中に、この作業についての案内を追加して欲しい。クローゼットの中に掛けてある消臭スプレーが空だったので、補充しておいてほしい。

Buenas vistas y cercanía al Tokio Skytree

Pros: Su ubicación excelente, lo que menos me ha gustado, solo una cama pequeña, la reserva era para 4 personas, el resto tuvimos que preparar los tatamis en el salón cada noche y dormir

Pros: Fue un buen lugar para alojarse en familia , cómodo, limpio , el único inconveniente fueron las toallas , eran muy pequeñas, y pocas para el tiempo de estancia
