Pros: Studette conforme aux photos. Espace petit. Suffisant pour 2 personnes, à 3 vous êtes à l' étroit. J'ai apprécié qu'il y ait une réserve de papier toilette, lingettes, mouchoirs, produits d' entretien. Tout était propre.

Cons: J'ai dû contacter l'hôte afin d'obtenir les informations. J'aurais préféré les recevoir la veille ou quelques heures avant mon arrivée. Mais ça reste une remarque mineure car dès que j ai contacté l' hôte, celle-ci a été réactive.

Nice stay

Pros: We had a nice stay at this property. The room was very clean and was a nice escape from the busy streets of Kabukichō 7 stories below. Shower, bed, wifi and heat worked well for us. The location was about a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station, and 5-10 minutes to Shinjuuku-sanchome (Marunouchi, Fukutoshin and Shinjuku lines) and Higashi-Shinjuku (Oedo and Fukutoshin lines) metro stops. Noise wasn't a factor for us, but extra sensitive sleepers might want ear plugs as it's there's nightlife near by. The property is off a side street that is less busy that nearby areas. Check in instructions were provided in both English and Japanese.

Cons: The Kabukichō neighborhood can be chaotic (nightlife, red light district, hourly hotels, etc) - I'd encourage guests to research the neighborhood before booking. Walking back home at night, we had multiple touts trying to sell hostess bars/etc - but they were not pushy - a simple \

Pros: The location is close to Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room itself matches the description and photos perfectly: the bed is comfortable, and there's a shower and toilet. There's a laundry room on the ground floor. Self-check-in is fairly simple, but I had to fiddle with the mailbox lock. Regarding the quiet: keep in mind this is a nighttime neighborhood, Kabukicho. But nothing critical happened, and I slept soundly.

A nice stay

Pros: The location was great, the host was very kind, the apartment was cozy and modern. Also the trash bins provided in the room were very useful. Idk why other hotels only give you the world's smallest trashcan T-T
