So all in all, well thought out and would stay for similar purposes next time around.

Pros: Location was convenient, quite close to metro station. Easy 10 minutes walk to Meiji Jingu (reason we selected property) and Shinjuku Station. The host have thought of and provided most of the things you would need included one round of large instant noodle cup and green tea.

Cons: Lacking iron but I suppose they would have supplied if requested.

Nice property for a big group and central location

Pros: About a 20 min walk to Shinjuku or short a bus/train journey. Comfy property. There were 2 toilets which were great for a big group. Nice view of fuji from your window. Asked for more pillows and this was done the next day.

Cons: Paid for early check in, this is understandable but time of the early check in kept changing. We had issue with getting post to us, it took 6 days to get it and ended up being a slip, as we were only there 6 nights we couldn’t get it. There isn’t heating in the main room so it was sometimes quite cold.

Amazing apartment in fantastic location.

Pros: Great location in an interesting old residential area of Tokyo with easy access to Shibuya and the main streets. Perfect for our family of 5 and great communication from the host. Cooking facilities and Fridge. Supermarket right below and excellent restaurants all around. Plus there was tea and noodles provided in the room. We loved staying here. Thank you. We discovered Kasayama restaurant which was a highlight of our trip.

Cons: The instructions are very clear, but it is a little tricky to find the apartment for the first time. It was an excellent start to our trip.

Perfect space for a young family, comfortable and clean with everything provided, great amenities nearby and super helpf

Pros: Good amount of space for Tokyo Two toilets which was handy Great for young family with two separate bedrooms Super friendly and responsive hosts Good area with great coffee shop across the road, supermarket underneath and awesome kids park within walking distance Washing machine inside was a real plus Easy to find when given the clear instructions

Cons: Be sure to pack an eye mask as the sunlight streams in at 5am and there are exit lights in the living area which shine into the bedrooms Be aware that whilst it is close to a train station, often you’ll need to do changes to get to key places - but it’s a short distance in the end

overall, we had a great stay

Pros: view over Mount Fuji was a cool bonus. two separate toilets food store and coffeeshop right downstairs were very convenient nice and quiet neighborhood the little welcoming origami was a cool treat
