Best Shinjuku Modern Full-furnished Family size Apartment5 ONLY 2min to Shinjuku by Train

Loved it. The location was awesome, and the place was cozy, just what we needed at the time.

Pros: Location was awesome, close to train station and local shops and it gave us a different and more relaxed perspective of Tokyo away from the busy locations.

Pros: Our group of 4 people enjoyed our stay here and found the location very convenient to major locations such as shinjuku and shibuya. The space was comfortably furnished and had some super yum scones upon arrival! Jacob was also very accomodating and helped us out a lot with recommendations in the area and lost property so thank you so much again! 10/10!

you will miss the neighbourhood

Pros: This is quite a spacious Japanese studio apt. Toilet and bath area separated. If you want to feel close to what its like living in a suburban neighbourhood - here's the spot! Comes with kitchen fridge and microwave etc. Has a washing machine that was useful. A safe area, convenient to grocery and eateries. Our host Jacob was truly helpful and friendly. He came over to check on us; enlighten us on how to use things in the apt and gave lots of suggestions for eating and activities nearby! The shower heat and pressure was nice...

Cons: Nothing to not like, except maybe I would suggest to add dryer. We had to go laundry which is really a short walk from the house to send our wet clothes but it was always raining during our stay so that part was annoying... and a reminder for anyone traveling to always bring international adapters. Extra!

Overall it was the best experience of staying at Japanese style apartment in such a good quiet location

Pros: Apartment is clean and good Japanese deign apartment. 6min Easy walk to Hatsudai station. There are so many nice local cafe and restaurants along the way. Free rental unlimited data portable wifi device at the apartment is really nice! Coz we didn’t need to buy sim card at all. The host Jacob was really kind nice and welcoming. Thank you really so much for your assistance and kindness during our stay. He additionally helped calling restaurants to make a reservation and made a pick up suitcase appointment shipping company to send out our suitcases to Kyoto hotel. Overall it was the best experience of staying at Japanese style apartment in such a good quiet location with an amazing host.

Definitely better option than small business hotels in Tokyo

Pros: Well equipped cozy clean apartment suits our group need, feels like home with all necessary amenities including kitchen sets. All sofa beds with mattresses are surprisingly comfortable! And apartment is close to both Shinjuku and Shibuya. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

A great place to stay and has all you need.

Pros: Fantastic stay. The apartment had all we need for the stay in Tokyo winter time. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Portable wifi device was very handy to bring with us outside the flat so we didn’t need a Simcard during our stay. Easy walk to the train station and the local shopping street near by has amazing Japanese restaurants! We loved it.

Pros: Fantastisk liten leilighet med alt man trenger. Veldig behjelpelig utleier som kom med masse tips om spisesteder og alt man trengte i nærområdet. Sidegaten til leiligheten har masse utrolig gode og små restauranter og barer, og kaffe og frokost til morgenen. En veldig rolig og behagelig del av Shinjuku. Leiligheten passet veldig bra til et par.

Pros: 체크인이 일단 비대면 체크인이리서 마음 편했어요! 연락도 사용자가 편한 연락망에 맞춰서 해주었고 성격이 급해서 체크인을 거의 2달 앞댕겨서 했는데 짱증 없이 너무 잘 받아줘서 고마웠어요. 여기 호스트 너무너무 친절해요🥹 정말 너무 안내도 잘 해주고 사전에 궁금한거 톡으로 물어보면 다 하나하나 설명해줘서 어려울거 없었어요. 숙소 위치도 신주쿠랑 가까워서 좋았구 근처에 늦게까지 하는 마트도 있고 약국도 있어서 이용 많이 했습니다. 숙소도 깔끔했구 화장실도 욕실도 깨끗했어요! 샴푸 같은것도 이미 다 있어서 좋았고 에어컨도 미리 틀어주는 센스 감동했습니다 ㅠㅠ! 다시 일본에 온다면 여기 이용할겁니다! 좋은 추억 줘서 고마워요!

Pros: Sehr netter Gastgeber der einem mit vielen praktischen Tipps via Whatsapp weiterhilft. Auch zu aktuellen Veranstaltungen in Tokyo. Einfache japanische Wohnung in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage. Von der Shinjuku Bahnstation mit Taxi wenige Minuten entfernt. Einfach eingerichtetes Bad und Küche, alles sauber und funktional! Uns (Familie, 5 Personen) hat es sehr gut gefallen!
