Pros: The location, the size of the property for groups and the peacefulness of the neighbourhood. It has multiple toilet so not everyone has to queue up to use the bathroom/toilet at a single time.

Cons: NIL.

Overall very good, the pros outweighs the cons :) would stay again

Pros: The location was very convenient. Many separate bedrooms to comfortably fit 6 of us and the possibility of more. Strong wifi, kitchen fully stocked and extra toiletries like toothbrushes and razors! everything you need for a short or long stay

Cons: The stairs are very steep and make carrying big suitcases up quite difficult. The tatami room had a strong oder, it’s likely quite new. We were able to air it out by leaving the window open.

가성비가 훌륭했음

Pros: 가성비가 좋았습니다. 방은 4개고 각 방은 대체적으로 깔끔했고 좁다고 느끼거나 하지는 못했습니다. 하네다 공항에서 오시아게역까지 환승하지 않고 직통열차가 있어 편했고 주변에 마트가 여러군데 있어서 식료품 구하는것도 쉬웠습니다. 그리고 가스레인지가 있어 음식을 하는데 수월했습니다. 사용해보지는 않았지만 무인택배함이 현관 앞에 있어 택배도 받아볼수 있을것 같습니다. 세탁은 크게 문제될 것은 없이 가능했습니다. 빨래망이나 바구니는 이미 구비되어 있었습니다.

Cons: 국자랑 집게가 없었습니다.. 아키바 같은 곳이 주 목적인 분들은 교통편이 아쉬울수도 있습니다. 하지만 숙소의 가성비가 용서해주긴 합니다. 그리고 일회용품이나 세제같은 생활용품을 숙박인원이나 숙박일수에 맞춰서 넉넉히 주셧으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 빨래 널을곳이 부족한 느낌이 있으니 실내건조대라도 하나 구비해주시면 좋을것 같습니다.

The best place for family to stay in one place!!!

Pros: This place was the greatest place to stay in Tokyo. Location, amenity and everything was awesome.

Pros: 很乾淨，比預期好很多。地理位置很好，房東的服務很讚。有提供兩支吹風機，其中一支有故障，反映後，隔天就宅配一支新的給我們使用。真的很棒！

Cons: 小小的建議！ 大電視對我們這種外國遊客，是一種享受。但只能看日本的少數頻道，真的可惜。若能有google tv系統，讓我們使用觀看自己的串流平台內容（ youtube,netflix），就完美了。

Pros: 地點非常好 5-10分鐘即可抵達地鐵站。離押上站近 不管成田羽田機場進出都很方便。 附近為住宅區 晚上也滿安靜的

Cons: 如照片所示，上下樓並無電梯，搬運行李時若行李太重須注意是否能搬運上去。

Pros: 押上駅B3出口，步行可到，住宿的地方跟照片一模一樣，沒有差別，微波爐、烤箱、冰箱，洗衣機、清潔用品，廚房用品，衛生用品，穿衣鏡、鞋櫃、Wi-Fi、樣樣具備，浴缸很大可以泡澡，獨棟不受別人干擾，周遭環境安靜，但有一間房間是塌塌米，是新的，味道比較重一點，其他都非常棒
